I cancelled immediately within minutes of using their search engine and finding absolutely nothing that could not be found by using google. So I cancelled. Now this company stated I signed up for their services also and this is where they got my credit card information. Since Nov 15, 2007, there has been little or no A/C or air circulation in the Spin Class room. The temperature in the room reaches nearly 100 degrees during the class. The instructor leaves the door open but blasts the music so loud that the other patrons in the main part of the gym cannot even hear their own ipods. I responded to an e-mail offering a sample of phenterthin for a charge of paying for the shipping and handling. I received the sample and found it to be ineffective and want to cancel. I have not been able to log in to their support site after following their directions. It is stated on their site that cancellation process is easy and valid at any time. I seem to have dificulties getter a hold of American Servicing Co., two weeks ago I called them and they told me that I have an overpayment in my escrow account of $914.00 and when I requested that money back they told me that they could not do that and that they will send me $336.00 of that money. I have bought from this company over half a year ago without problems. My shipment came in within the expected 7-10 days period. I was happy with the purchase. In November I reordered the same items. It has been over a month. I have sent three requests for a tracking number or proof of delivery. I called Network Agenda, BSM/Grant Search and found out that all this stemmed from me getting involved with Google!! make sure you cancel Google and cancel EVERYTHING that goes with it! We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I ordered 6 seasons of carol burnettt and friends and a tim conway comedy for #$120.00, they had no problem charging my card, but they also sent me only 1 season with the video case all smashed and the tapes all scratched/which also skipped and froze when I tried them. Paid for items, dropped out of program, and they will not give items that were paid for, which were bought prior to cancellation. All other parents have receive their items, but since cancellation, I have been in contact and there has not been a straight answer on where my items are. They keep giving excuses or coming up with an arbitrary excuse of why they don't have the items I purchased. Spare parts include every minute item/tool used in the making of Royal Enfield, Electra Model-2004. Much grieved to note that the company service out-let at Erragadda, Hyderabad doesn't provide the necessary spare parts on demand of the customer. Tried to purchase a book on Forensics from these people in July 2007. Credit card charged and no product ever sent. No reply to frequent communications. Others who have suffered are urged to contact e-crimes unit of Australian Police or the IC3 group in the USA In Australia you can contact Dept of Fair Trading as they claim on website amongst other things that the customer won't be charged until the order is shipped and they can be prosecuted under Asutralian law if this claim is shown to be misleading. I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Ltd, in Chennai that is an authorized service center for ONIDA. Hi, I have taken a car loan from HDFC 3 months back. I have paid 2 advance EMIs for the car i purchased. I had opted for a ECS facility for paying EMI. I have a bank account with ABN AMRO Bank thorugh which my EMI is debited. However, my first ECS was bounce. I too just experienced their VERY deceptive sales practice. I ordered a DSLR camera "package"...Executive Package to be precise.
