I had bought a SWIFT VXI imemditaley on launch from in June 2005 and the same has been serviced by CARS India - Ambattur regularly. I bought the above product on 1st June, 2007. It has developed a fault and I phoned Future Shop about the warranty. I was told I would have to send the printer to Canon at my expense.
