In a recent trip to the Jockey Club in Las Vegas (Sept. 28, to Oct. 5) the construction in and around the place is extensive. The construction (building twin towers; City Center) basicly goes on 24/7 and the noise from the construction can be plainly heard during the night and day. In second week of sept, 2007 unfortunately I, opted for a postpaid connection of Airtel and given connection no 9760002124 in Dehradun at given address 3, New Road. Within two weeks I got a call to pay Rs 688 as my due. I asked the caller to send me the bill at the given address, caller replied ok. Then time and again callers from Airtel kept on asking me to pay the amount without giving me any bill. Now since yesterday they have disconnected it. I have never heard of these companies and still trying to figure out how all my information was giving to them. I am writing you about the most unpleasant and disappointing experienced I have ever had at a grocery store. On October 13th I received two $25 Vons/Safeway gift cards for my birthday. I purchased the TV at a grand opening of Circuit City on Crosskeys Rd. Sicklerville, NJ. In July '04 we purchased the Kenmore Washer at Sears based on Consumer's Reports recommendations and the dependable "Kenmore" name. It appears that this is a company that doesn't recognize Canada's Thankgiving. My latest billing had a due date of Oct 8th (Thanksgiving) when Canadian banks were closed. I paid the bill through online banking on Oct 5th (Friday) but because of the weekend and Thanksgiving this was not noted as received until Oct 9th. (It shows as paid on Oct 5th) I was charged a late penalty (the bill shows payment received on the 9th). Calling the 888 number had this corrected (or it will be on the next bill hopefully). Reservation counter for senior citizen at Gurgaon Railway Station remained close from 10.30 a.m. to 8 p.m. on 17.10.2007. No normal counter entertained the senior citizen on priority basis. What is the fault of senior citizen, why the alternative arrangement has not been made to entertain the senior citizen on priority basis? I purchased a new 2004 Nissan Maxima with the best warranty possible. I spent over $3000 for this "peace of mind". I went to Mr Lube for an oil change for my girfriend's car. During the oil change they recommended that my serpentine belt be replaced.
