In January, 2007, I purchased a new Dell Dimension E521 desktop computer via telephone. The machine was sent with Windows XP 2000 installed and, as agreed, I was sent Microsoft's Vista upgrade later. Upon installing the Vista program, all sound disappeared from my computer. After 10 months of wrangling, I have reinstalled Windows XP. Even though both products were new and should have been workable, both companies showed minimal interest in helping. However, both agreed to assist if I agreed to pay hefty hourly fees. Old Oak Bible Church in Middleburg Heights has several wedding packages available. The woman running the place is LAURA BUTLER. We have deemed her "The Wedding Nazi" because she is so demanding. I booked my wedding 16 months in advance and promptly provided a deposit. Two weeks later, she told me she misread her calendar and had to cancel my wedding. Within the past 6 months or so I've had a reoccuring problem with my Kenmore Elite Dryer. When you open the door, the light turns on, but when you go to press a button for which ever load cycle you want, it doesn't work! In the month of July 2007 the agent of UTI bank collected the documents for Credit Card Application, thereafter no body turned back. The State Health Department requires them to make a posting on their menu to the effect that "undercooked eggs are a potential health hazard". Our brand new Whirlpool top-loading washer (model WTW5800STW0) was defective as soon as it was installed. The warranty repair was made (after a 2-week delay) and the same problem persists. Multiple calls and the problem is still not resolved. Whirlpool needs to improve its quality control in the factory so new machines are not shipped with defects.
