The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. In 2005 my husband went on Priceline.com and booked and paid for a room at a Hilton Garden Inn in Carslbad, CA. I sat next to him and watched him enter everything and it all looked ok. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. After reading tour complaints regarding this company I realized my only recourse was to CANCEL my credit card, my credit card company confirmed the $4.87 amount from Hootia Fusion fortunately I was able to prevent further charges, closed my account and will issue me a new card. First Choice Moving & Storage did not honor our original contract. They gave my shipment to Pegasus Van Lines who promptly added an additional $935 to bubble wrap a few items in our one bedroom move. After several attempts to get a mocha joe at the orangeburg burger king restaurant with no success after having 1 when they 1st advertised this as a coffee/chocolate (mocha) drink, using both walk in and drive in service and then speaking to a manager with no success I am very disappointed, being a person who does appreciate a good coffee drink will not be returning to any Burger King in the future and will advise anyone who asks me not to bother. Last December I have purchased Indigo LS from Kottayam Kerala. I got a complaint with the remote locking system and took the car to the dealer M/s. St. Antony's Motors India Ltd. Kottayam. The man in charge has issued a Job Card No. 9316 dated 19.9.2007. I gone through the complaint written by one of them regarding Mahesh travels, belgaum. I agree with this person completely. I had a similar experience although i did not miss the bus, but the drivers and the authorities behave very rudely with the customers. They have a bad quality service. They dont know to gain customers. Such travels go bankrupt very soon. They should learn some tips from perfect service providers like VRL ot PAI. Those buses are absolutely class of service.
