I don't recall requesting a credit card from this company. Signed up with Citi Diamond Preferred 3 months ago because of the promo (F1K7) that they ran which stated 0% BT for life as long as I make purchase 2 times a month. Sent Kodak camera in to them on three separate occasions under factory warranty. Each time, camera was logged in and logged out as "repaired" on the same day of receipt. Each time the problem was not corrected. Each time their repair statement said "adjusted to factory specifications" which is roughly akin to pumping up a tire with a slow leak to 32 pounds and saying it is repaired. I went to a website to get a free credit report. I completed the information, and never saw anywhere that indicated I would be automatically charged each month, but that is what happened. Friday 07/27/07, I broke down on the highway, was picked up by a towing service -Wards Towing - who took me to G & G Service Center 9501 Georgia Ave, Silver Springs, Md 301-589-6568. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls.
