We sailed on Carnival Cruise line in 2008 and decided to go to the auction. While we were there we bought a painting that we liked. We were not interested in selling it for money to make a profit. I returned a swim MP3 player when I found out it couldn't be loaded with music purchased from iTunes. Swimlocker received the player on Feb. 15 and sent me an e-mail stating a credit would be issued. After seeing no credit, I called the company on March 4. As of today we are still waiting for our sixth visit from a Sears Technician to fix our Kenmore refrigerator. We have been without our refrigerator for six weeks. The customer service center is obtuse. They don't communicate very well, nor do they seem to have any record of your call history. I have been receiving calls daily since around 12-15-2007. I have called Secure Horizons on three occasions to get them to stop the calls to my cell phone. I have been told it takes six to eight weeks to process my request, which is absurd. I was told it was because of the size of their database. On Saturday, November 10, 2007, I took my car to NTB for an oil change. I had a coupon that stated $12.95 for the oil change. I was quoted a price of $19.95. I asked why was the price $7.00 above the coupon price and was asked what would you like to pay. I said "don't play games with me". I sent my friend $180.00. He lives in Brazil and after waiting for the check for 2 months, he finally received it only to learn that he could not cash it anywhere in Brazil.
