Trend Micro Antivirus
After many Ad pop-ups telling I had 39 virus to get rid of, I decided to go ahead and buy the item.

For some reason, that I still do not know, no change was taking place; I thought that maybe I did not do
something right while trying to install; so I went ahead and did the same thing again on 10/30/08.
No luck with my second trial.
RESULT: I was charged double in my credit card and still I was not even able to make it work in my
computer. So I had to buy a Norton Antivirus 2009 in Office Max.
I think those charges should be removed from my card for those two reasons.I'm willing to answer any

I was in Orlando, FL recently and I had my card stolen on March 7th, 2008. I quickly called and was told that there had been a charge of $936 dollars to my account already. I was furious. I asked what they could do and they told me NOTHING until the charge had settle. I said okay well then can I get a dispute form. They said that they would email me one and that it would take 24-48 hours for an E-MAIL to get sent to me. I waited for the dispute form to come by e-mail. LOWES EXTENDED WARRANTY
Our Frigidaire stove that is a little over a year old, has a chip in the porcelain on the top of the stove. Since the manufacturer warranty recently expired, we contacted Lowe's as we had purchased an extended warranty at the time we purchased the stove. A service technician from A and E factory service came out on September 23, 2008. He deemed the defect to be cosmetic and had us sent touch up paint. I wanted to apply for a personal loan and I thought it would be best if I apply in the bank where my salary is credited, i.e., HDFC Bank. When I logged onto the site, the eligibility criteria for loan was the following for the salaried people:

After 22 months of making all my payments on time by car was involved in an accident and declared a total loss. My insurance company paid for all but 600 dollars. I contacted UACC immediately and although they said they would go to bat for me, negotiate a payoff and work with me on the balance it was all a lie. I contacted American Law Firm in hopes of obtaining a loan modification. Initially, they were very responsive and helpful with details. As we began our process they repeatedly said they would refund all money if they were not able to obtain the modification, etc. As i had this in writing i felt OK sending them almost $2, 000. On October 4, 2007 I purchased a Craftsman Lawnmower from Sears/Oxmoor Center. This was a returned and refurbished mower but I was assured by the sales person that the quality and warranties were the same as a new mower. I also purchased the extended warranty at that time. Because the mowing season was over when I made the purchase I had no occasion to use the mower until the spring of 2008 by which time the 90 day return policy had expired.

TCF hold your funds for purchases made, but never uses the funds to pay your transactions. They hold all your purchases for days then post them by the highest one first causing many fees and bounced checks. If they process them when you made the purchase this would not happen. read full review »

I ordered the "free" trial and canceled the order. The company immediatly charged my cresit card for two months of product. Teh talked ot me I sent them one account for 15, 000.00 to collect on they said they talked to the guy and that they needed to sue him. In order to do that they needed 2500.00 up front . I told them I did not have it. They made me a deal to pay 870.00 when service had been made on the guy. The got my bank account information and took out the 870 before they could even prepare any papers to file anything. Now they will not talk to me except the front person and will not call back like she suggests they will.

I know part of this is my fault for being so stupid but I lost a total of $43, 141.00 in money last year. The worst part is I have to claim $21, 697.00 in other income because they file a 1099 Misc income form to the IRS. This site is a total rip-off. It should be classified as gambling. When you lose they are so quick to send you an email or something else on your page and say something to the effect 'sorry you didn't win but get back in there and try again.' Approximately 2 1/2 months ago Hughesnet had what they called an anomaly with one of their satellites designated 93west, we were completely without internet service for about 4 full days, then when we finally got the service going again is was severely crippled and nothing like it was before the incident occured.

Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan
We installed a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with light kit in our home. It all works fine on slow speed, but if the fan is on medium or high speed, the motor is very loud. This is loud enough to not use it. Is there a way to have the company fix it?

They've been calling nearly every day for about 2 months or so concerning a debt that was disputed with original creditor. The couple times my husband did call back or answer, they posed as original creditor over the phone. They even attempted to negotiate a settlement in the name of original creditor, which we refused!
