Be wary of this company. They claim on their website that their jewelry is "genuine pandora" but it is clearly counterfeit. The website appears as a USA company but the items ship from China. The quality is horrible and when I took the jewelry to the Pandora store in Sydney they confirmed this. When I tried to get a refund and a return shipping address their English became very poor. I have been growing their tomato seed kit for the past 3 months for the 6 pod Aerogaren Elite. One of the pods never germinated so they sent me another pod. I followed the directions and none of the plants have borne any fruit. You have to self pollinate them and trim like a bonsai but still no tomatoes. But my real issue is that I completed a review on their website and they said it would be posted within 24 hours. They never posted it because it was low. On August 6th, I placed an order for an infant outfit and baby socks for a baby shower for a Notre Dame fan. The shower took place on September 13 so I assumed the gift would arrive in plenty of time. I received email confirmation on August 7, saying my order would be sent in 4-7 days. I asked the company if theses were authentic Uggs boots and they said absolutely. I received the boots and there was nothing authentic about these boots. There was a 2 inch patch of leather on the heel of the boot and the rest of the boot was man made materials that were obviously treated with chemicals that smelled horrific. I renewed my Virus protection. I kept receiving Messages from Symanec to complete another application. They stated that my credit card did not go through their system. I complied, two or three times.
