I am upset. when I orderd pro-active I told the lady that I did not want to be charged for another shipment so don't send one out, she told me I had to wait until I recieved the product to call in to cancel. On my Verizon landline bill for January I noticed an extra charge under Miscellaneous Charges and Credits and there was a charge for NW Voicemail 1X Setup @ 15.74 plus Fed and State tax of .79 bringing the total to $16.53. Company claims we signed up for a discount shopping program at major stores - of which there are none near us. We do not know how they got our credit card information. Charge is $14.95 per month since July 2009. We called to complain and they offered no resistance to crediting our account. I start with this insurance company March 2009, they started taking 117.00 out of my account in march, I was not told that I had to wait 30 days to see my doctor either. I am so disappointed in Raymour & Flaningan. The customer service people are idiots. They have no clue as to what end is up. I have tried to cancel the Resveratrol Extract and Life Cleanse product after receiving the free trial and cannot get ahold of the company. Customer support is a recording that keeps going over and over identifying the customer support member and that's it. I opened my AT&T bill to find 2 months of charges to a company, I have never heard of, or ever done business with before.
