Wilshire Credit Corporation
I have the same problem with Wilshire credit mortgage I fell behind on my payments and for 6 months I called them told them what was going on no help went to had no help so they foreclosed on me in Jan hired lawyer in Jan still no help so Wilshire caused me to lose my home because all I wanted them to do iis lower my payments and they wouldn’t so now in July I might be homeless because I have no one to help me no one now I got a better paying job but now I’m trying to play catch up, and the lawyer that I gave 1775.00 to wont answer my calls her in much I’m doomed The best to any one who deals with Wilshire read full review »

Delivery taken on 10.02.08, ( MH!12 EM 6694)
On 20.03.08, in pune we had average rainfall, during this i had heavy water leakage from four Wind sheild bidding, to an extend that i had to use Plastic Bag to avoid flooding inside the car from Roof.
All four Wind Sheild Glass was closed, checked multiple times, but water leakage was internal from Wind sheild Bidding.

I own around 10 laptops for my business of various makes and have used various makes of laptops over the years such as Hp, fujitsu, Asus, compaq, dell and going back to the IBM thinkpads many years ago and i have not had many problems with any of them. This is the first and LAST ACER, I have to say this is the poorest quality one i have ever had in the 10 or so years i have owned laptops it feels cheap, looks cheap and yes it was cheap lesson learned i will spend a few more quid next time. TRS Recovery
TRS keeps calling my house looking for my grandson that "used" to live with me. I have told them repeatedly that he does not live here and to not call again or I will file harrassment charges and the response I got to that was..."maam, we can call every 3 days". QFL NUTRITIONAL PRODUCTS
I received the first order of foot patches in november. and then qfl charged me for another order, which I sent back and cancelled, then l in December they billed me again $54.94, I finally received the first refund of $54.94 the last part of December for the first $54.94, but they still have not refunded me for the second order. It's been 4 months now and I email them every week. And never receive a reply back.

This Company somehow obtained my credit card information and charged $ 39.95 on my account.. I was checking my monthly statement when I noticed this charge that occurred on 6/28/09, I called them as soon as I noticed it and they would not address How they obtained my information, or exactly what service they provided but they did say that i would receive a CREDIT to my charge account with-in 3 days...
This kind of Fraudulent Business Practice needs to be Stopped ASAP !!!

TLG Buyers Advantage
I bought a pedi paws online and it had an $8.00 rebate. when the rebate check came I cashed it. by cashing the rebate check it signed me up for TLG buyer advantage @ $139.99 which they took out of my checking account, which then put me into the negative and I had to pay nsf fees.
I got the number for TLG from my bank, they agreed to credit my account in 7-14 days. but I am still out $70. for nsf fees. read full review »

If you host your e-commerce site with Value web you better be prepared to lose business. Each time my server goes down due to fault of Valueweb it takes them at least 5-7 days to get it back up with absolutely no help from the tech department. Each time they switch my server, for there own reasons, they install their own ssl certificate on my site instead of my cert. But now My entire check is off. Well to start I guess I was a happy camper going to the Kawasaki shop to buy a new four wheeler... got there seen a nice camo 650 and ended up buying it...Happy camper right...well maybe at least till the next day... I ordered the .99 trial of this product. I cancelled it before the 14 days were up but had to leave a message to do so - no people to answer the call. I STILL got the charge on my bank account and they also charged a $4.50 international charge. I called but the only thing they did was give an email address that I can request a refund from. I put in the email that I will dispute the charge with my bank if not credited for the charge within 5 business days. so we'll see... The phone calls start at 8am on the dot and go until 9pm Monday thru Sunday and there have been as many as 13 a day and as many as 5 in one hour. They are trying to find someone else and I have told them so, then I have told them to not call back and they continue to do so. This has been going on for a month. It has got to stop. Trans am trucking lie to their drivers to get their truck payments and the govt money. They have an agreement with the govt to employ x amount of drivers every month. Try and be a driver of Trans Am you get no miles and you are talked down to like a child. I have over 20 years experince driving. No one talks to me like they think they can. on star is not worth the money they charge. My wife and I have been lead to highways that are closed more than a few times. One guy told me that my on star did not work in the area I was in. False. I used it before in the same area, and it worked. I also hit the on star again, and received directions from a more competent person. I am very disappointed in what I thought was a truly global positioning technology. GM will not be my next vehicle.

This company is a SCAM. There are NO full-time, year-round 'jobs' with this company - everything is seasonal and part-time. They LIE and STEAL. They will terminate you for no reason. After a 30 trial offer...I canceled...this product didn't do a bit of good. I cancelled in June and did not recieve any futher credit card debits until December when an 85.31 charge showed up on my credit card. I got through to customer service who asked that I send a copy of my credit card statement to a fax number that did not work. I had been talked into selling my timeshare at Westgate Vacation Villas by Ashley Schaeffer (Cell: 817-984-9255) who advised me that at no risk whatsoever, they would sell my timeshare, as they had a buyer.
