We have been charged a bpo fee, which is a brokers opinion fee, that was $100. We were not informed of this charge it was added to our sept 2007 payment without notice. They sell junk. Tell you everything is guaranteed, and both the mattress and sofa were caving in within weeks. They won't replace the cushions on the sofa, and they won't replace the mattress. Never again... they sell nothing but junk. I have had them come out and look at the sofa. They said nothing they can do.. it is supposed to be that way, and I don't know how to sit on it. The is a rebate offer of $500.00 of free gas. On the website it is totally different, offering $25.00, 4 X for a total of $100.00. They ask that you register online or if by mail send you certificate to their address with $4.50 for S & H. I am disgusted with Safestyle UK. After quotes and survey by them, they advised that we should have "trickle vents" put in all the windows. After installation, all the windows are now noisier and colder than before. I then complained to them and they finally changed some of the vents but the net result is the same.
