WE received two "Professional Courtesy Discount Order Forms" for their magazine prescription. One was addressed to my husband for a discount of 77%, and one was addressed to me for a 67% discount... both the same order forms to the family. One was sent to our former address. This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. We hired a skip from this company last year and asked them to collect it 3 months ago. They consistently lie about picking it up and basically, because we paid up front and they have to pay to dump the rubbish won't collect it. This has caused much angst with out neighbors. Truly Nolan has become one of the biggest pest control companies in SW Florida. Why? Scam tactics. If you call them for any service, they will automatically sign you up for extended contract services. If you do no want this, it requires several phone calls to opt out and they still expect payment for the time they signed you up. It doesn't matter if you use their services or not. My girlfriend bought a bed from them in January. They told her it would be delivered within 2 weeks 'guaranteed'. After 10 days when asked where it was they said it would be one more week. This went on for another 3 weeks. they refused to refund saying we had to wait until it came. We had to sleep on the floor for over two weeks when we moved into our new house. When it eventually came late February you could feel a spring in your back. Unbelievable. No apology was offered, no discount, no loan bed. NOTHING. I have been trying to get my mortage straitened out for over 5 months.I have western union reciepts and then they tell me those were not accepted(Never heard of that) Option one always wanted Western Union. Be warned a lot of small business sign up with this company on a 12 month contract when that contract ends u have to give them 30 days written notice that u r going to leave them if not then there is a clause in the contract that u have to pay for a further 6 months line rental which amounts to 203.00 even if u do not have a contract with them anymore. Beware buying a wow time card from this company. They take your order and say they will call you to confirm. They do not ask you for your telephone number but somehow obtain it from Pay Pal. They never call and when after many hours of waiting you ask for a refund they charge you a fee.
