Doe not care for children. Has many teachers that sleep, discuss not liking mixed couples or children, allows things to happen to the kids and then tells the parent we saw nothing and I don't know what happened. This Center also shreds important letters from parents. Not feeding children is just part of the routine. At least twice a day there is a complaint that parents are not getting settled. I called to cancel my account but was notified that if Idid not cancel within 15 days of the shipping date, NOT the received date, you would be charged the full amount. How do you know the shipping date? The customer should be able to call for the refund starting with the recieved date. This is one of the worst gyms I've ever been to. The staff is consistently rude to clients and unhelpful with even the simplest tasks. Once, I asked for a class schedule. They told me they couldn't make copies because there was no ink and no paper and they didn't know when they would get either one of those things. I waited for weeks.
