Terrible, terrible site. I bought the Seller+ Lifetime membership so I could sell for free. Was "selling" (if you can say that) items for a bit. Then I "randomly" got chosen to submit my passport/utility bill. I did both. In fact, I actually submitted 2, not 1, utility bills. Nonoh, Switzerland, provides long distance phone call services. Normally I authorize them to charge my master card 5446-------------4068, when the deposit goes low. On jan 29, 2011, I authorized them to charge E$10.00 to my credit card. Dellmont is their banking service provider. Since Jan 28, 2011, they have charged me nine (9) times without authority. Ordered Service for my 88 yr old Mother for May 13th. This new service order was also for installation of a jack. Based on my experience I would not recommend County Cladding Systems. I feel that their salesman took advantage of my lack of knowledge by only quoting for replacement soffits, bargeboards etc. with uPVC and not pointing out the additional need (and cost) of rectifying any exposed mortar which had deteriorated through age. I had assumed (wrongly as it turns out) that this was automatically included as part of the job, so of course as far as the company is concerned they have carried out all the agreed work. Took a taxi from Newark airport to Manhattan - shared a ride so the fee was $92 the driver said for 2 people and tolls. Fine. Could have taken a car service and now I know better. My wife and I were very disappointed with BD&A Realty, and the Realtor we got stuck with, Tara Burlage. She was always late to our appointments and was nearly impossible to get a hold of. As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process of buying a home and would have really appreciated someone who was more attentive with us. I would NOT recommend her to anyone and suggest to all home buyers to be very selective when choosing a real estate agent to work with because they make money off of y0ur life changing purchase.
