I custom repaired their 2 gem cars for their business to be street legal and road worth and still waiting for payment on their open/outstanding invoices since March and it is now November. I feel that if anyone is to do business with this company and want to make sure they get paid. Collect 50 percent upfront and balance upon delivery. Forest Green Dental Care - I went to see this dentist a year a go and she gave me a big treatment plan. she told me that I have a lot of dental problems. I had nearsightness -6.25 & -6.0, before my 2 Lasik surgeries at Harvey Carter Eye Center. My right eye after the surgery became -.75 astigmatism. As years go by, my nearsightness comes back, now -.1 & -.75+1.25 astigmatism. My credit card was overcharged by this company - the receipt had one amount but the credit card transaction was more! [email protected] was unhelpful, my credit card company immediately credited the amount and verified it came from R-Tools Tech and said if it happens again they'll file a formal complaint with Visa. Go Configure is a very difficult company to work with. I paid them to assemble a playground set for my children. The rock wall fell off 2 days after installed. Bolts, screws, and pieces are falling off and not even screwed into the wood. I called the company and sent them pictures. They advisded me that they did a "horrible" job and would replace entire unit and reassemble. Two weeks later and many many phone calls, still no action. They keep saying they are going to fix it but have not even order new unit yet, 6 weeks since start and nothing. Today, April 21, 2011, I received an unsolicited product from PCS Stamps and Coins requesting payment for a coin I did not order and do not wish to order. This company is guilty of this with others as noted in many complaints. However, this is Texas where, under texas law, if you are sent something unsolicited and requesting payment you are entitled to keep it without paying for it. They will likely send you a series of letters insisting that you call, and implying that you have an obligation to do so.
