The social worker responds to emails and phone calls with days of delay. Most times she did not bother to return phone calls or emails. I bought a Motorola Xoom five days ago and signed up the data plan with Verizon but no the phone plan. I have had difficulty getting the initial password, so that I can register with Verizon to check usage status and pay bills. Mortgage on my home is with LBPS. I had a water leak that damaged full down stairs in Jan.2011. My insurance company sent out 2 party check to me for repair with both lbps & my name on them. Good Sam is not paying per the contract terms and the so called review board ignore the facts in order to deny the claim. I had several relays and modules on my Essex fail. We ordered and installed the parts and got the system working again. Purchased a Honda Ridgeline in March, 2008. Michelin tires produced in the 32 week of 2007 were on the truck.
