Ampersant Rentals (Mrs Amy Willers) is the agency I used to rent my property in Sasolburg. The only requirement I have for a new tenant is that a full deposit should be paid before the tenant can occupy the property. I this case Mrs Willers confirmed more than once that the tenant did pay a full deposit (R2500) like it says on the signed contract and she moved in. The tenant did not pay her last months rent before she moved but Mrs Willers confirmed that the R2500 deposit will be paid to me in full. Bellsouth for years has had free personal web pages for those who subscribe to their DSL services. Suddenly they have discontinued ALL tech support for the personal web pages. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get some help because I suddenly couldn't ftp files to my website. Nobody could help -- nobody! Finally some guy with Verio (who handles their paid website hosting) told me the tech support for personal web pages had been discontinued. I made an appointment with A & E throught the Home Depot extended warranty dept. for service between noon and 5: 00 pm on September 28. The appointment was scheduled on Sept 13. I took 1/2 day vacation from work to attend the appointment. At 2:00 pm on the 28th, the A & E office called and said that no technician was available. Therefore, I lost vacation time. I told Home Depot that i refused to use them again and they are trying to find another vendor. CTS Canadian Career College, seemed like a good college at first. But they were just selling me with the line "Why would you do a two year program, when you could get to work in 10 months?". However the credits are not transferable, the staff are rude, and uncooperative. Teachers refuse to accomodate if you ask them to teach in any way other then sitting at a desk and reading to you off a power point.
