I post this complaint here in order to express my disgust with Kathy Hunter of Sierra Gold Bengals. I had purchased two Bengals from her on separate occasions. I responded to an add with this company that promised tooth whitening gel and tray, and a tooth whitening pen with a blue light, The add directed me to a website that had Cindy Crawford as a representative and I placed the order which stated that they would send the items for free and I only has to pay shipping costs of $1.98 for the gel and $3.03 for the pen and light. I thought I would give a local place my business instead of a big chain, but I was quickly burned by this decision. I went for an early Sat. morning car inspection and passed without a problem - or so I thought - and drove the car home within the hour. I answered an ad for a Personal Assistant in Harrisburg, PA. The ad was identical to the previous complaints except the name was changed. I was really skeptical about this after I received a response from this lady Kalma Miller, because she hired me without any information other than my name, address, email and age. When she informed me that I would receive a cashiers check from a client to buy gifts for an orphanage a "red flag" went up. I am a customer who is highly disappointed in how the service department at Toyato Of Concord has been working on my car. Just recently they told me I had to get a brand new motor. I tried to order the Pasta Boat online. I ordered what I thought I wanted and then went to proceed to checkout. At that point, it asked if I wanted to upgrade to the DELUXE version. I mistakenly clicked yes. I then went back and clicked NO. It did not take the second submission. I was anticipating my order to be between $25 and $30. To my surprise I was billed $117.90. Linda of Bedwell Van Lines quoted us a rate for moving from our house in Pickering to our new residence. This was confirmed in an email months before the moving date. On the date of the move, Mark - A Bedwell employee asked us to sign a credit card form with a higher rate and they used a 2nd truck without our consent. my family and I were visiting family and friends that we hadn't seen in 3 years. We upgraded to a beachfront view with a king size bed and jaccuzi suite so that our friends could come to our room catch up and enjoy the view. This product (Acai Berry Cleanse) was offered as a free trial by DietMaxcleanse.com. Beware!! It is a complete scam. They claim to give you a 10 day trial period for the cost only of shipping. I was a major customer of Petro's (burned 2000 gallons of heating oil per year) until a few months ago when I discovered that they had been ripping me off for nearly a year. Simple situation - Pharmacy staff member takes job frustration on me. Yells at me because they are understaffed and dont have time to fill my prescriptions. I consigned for my grandson to get a cell phone when he was 17 years old, he lost the phone and changed to his mothers plan. Sprint said that he owed them $105.00, but he never got a bill. They turned it over to receivablesperf in my name because I co-signed. I told them the first time they called to send me a bill, and I would take care of it to which they replied that they couldn't send me a bill. I told them no bill no pay. My daugther (Bridget Mozina) was not returned her deposit refund. They claim that her wardrobe doors were damaged when they were prevously damaged when she moved in. Also, the washing machine malfunctioned and they claim it was from misuse. The washing machine leaked and no one claimed it was from misuse. They have photos dated March 27, 2007 but now claim that the batteries were changed and the date was no reset. My daughter did not live there in March of 2007. Looked into working from home on the internet and came across good Partners Mailing and Typing Limited, seemed very genuine. On their website they said you have to pay £30 for membership and then stationery can be delivered for me to start working from home. I paid the£30 by postal order payable to Prism Ltd. as per the instructions from the website.
