I bought a Panasonic microware oven to replace my old 18-year-old one. I ordered an electronics camera and was told that it shipped USPS First Class Mail. This, according to the website should ship the same day with a expected receiving date of 3-5 business days. Three weeks later and after numerous calls I still have not received the original item and was just told today that they are shipping another one.
