First received a Charge on my card that was not authorized by anyone. I called and asked That the mony be put back into my card account. I was told that the charge was over the time limit so they could not issue refund, however they would cancell the account I and no further transactions would be charged to my card. I just received a statement showing they had charged me nine (9) consecutive $2.00 charges on 9/03/2010. This product is horrible. After paying $40 and being hopeful that they really could "clean up my itunes library and remove duplicates", I am totally disappointed. I have been with Heald College for over a year. My first quarter with them was HORRIBLE! Everyone there gave me wrong information! They call you all of the time when you miss class and speak to you as if you are their children. This school is horrible and have some of the rudest people I have ever met working for them. I was skeptical at first buying an item from the internet to help remove moles/freckles. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive. The directions were difficult to follow as the focus tube does leak even after placing the cotton ball. You end up wasting the product during your trial period. Hallamshire Catering Solutions have an office in Sheffield and Liverpool, both of which are opperating under the same guise. They promise you work, good wages and super accomodation. My complaint is that, healthy kids raised my premium from $20 a month to $318 a month based on my household income. My husband hasnt had a raise in 2 years, and all I got was a 0.50 cent raise from last year to this year. So because of 0.50 cents of a pay increase, my kids now wont have health insurance. I was scheduled to have a service between the hours of 1-5pm. around 3pm a technician called me and said that he will be the technician for the dryer and that there will be a seperate technician for the washer. He asked that I need to make sure there is a payment left since on his note it says that he needs to collect payment.
