I ate at the Grandville Carrabbas recently on a Saturday night, and was absolutely shocked with what happened. My waiter was competent and even a bit funny. Chase issues credit cards for Pier One. I have a platinum card. I charged $102.66 and paid the amount in full by the due date (through online banking). Chase did not credit the payment until the following day and then charged me a late fee of $10. This past month I charged $765.89 and just received the statement today with a due date of 9/27/2010. I bought some peaches on Friday September 3rd, 2010, and when I bit into one it was all stringy inside, like strands of yellow wool.
