In the second week of June I was hooked up to a 250 gal propane tank from Suburban Propane out of Longview, WA. I purchased a sofaset, two beds, two mattresses, a dining table - two beds were sent on the 2nd which was the date the deliveries were supposed to be made. No mattress was delivered and after multiple phone calls a makeshift mattress of a lower model was delivered that evening. ( I was informed after all payments were made that one mattress is out of stock). Since then - I am yet to receive the original mattress, the other mattress in the original order and the sofaset. After we booked and traveled and were dis satisfied with the service and the quality of the the service and lodging, we requested, several times for our money back. All of this was to be within one year of our original sign up date. All we were offered was a two week extension on our one year contract and we told Worldwide that this was not satisfactory. Blow Hot is an Indore based company, selling gas stoves. I bought a 4 burner stove from their counter in the Trade Show at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. They came and installed it, but didn't give me the bill as they had to provide me with an extra attachment. The extra attachment never came, nor the bill, and within days, the knobs of the burners got detached, 2 of the burners stopped working. I have used this service for the past two summers and have been very disappointed. I'm looking for a new landscaping company now. Thompson Landscape does a very rushed, lazy job. They do not cut the grass evenly, often missing large areas of grass. They also leave the grass clippings in my air conditioning unit. I have called to complain twice and don't receive any apology. This company is allowing Foriegn companies to list there devices on DOTMED. These companies are from China, Korea, Japa, Indonesia etc... These companies do not have any FDA certificates.
