I mistakenly applied for a credit card that I thought was a normal Master/Visa account. It turns out it was a merchandise account. I tried to cancel my application upon discovering this. It turns out I was charged $99 for a membership fee I did not authorize. I called their 800 number, which is a service center for several companies to cancel this account and received a confirmation number. I do not want any further transactions to appear on my account! We recently purchased a male Jack Russell puppy from Irish Jacks/Violet meadow farms and the puppy showed up off the flight with Kennel cough, Giardia(parasite infection), Corona Virus, and worms. We have been trying to contact Susan in regard to the health of the puppy and she does not respond back. We're a trucking company and knowing Lowes reputation for unloading trucks, my driver called to let Lake of the Ozark, Mo know he was on his way and they told him they receive until 10:00pm. He arrived at 4:10pm. They told him they quit unloading at 4:00pm and refused to unload him. They would unload at 7:00am. Try 8:30am. He had 1 skid to unload. Took all of 3 minutes. I purchased this oven on February 27, 2009 and picked it up from Lowe's on the next day. It was installed in my home in March 2009. Two days ago I baked a cake and it worked fine. This is a complaint about a moving co called Sunshine Movers Aka Cardenas movers or whomever they decide to email it to. We got someone from the Dallas area and they were awful.
