This complaint is being forwarded due to the fact that although free to air television is being promoted as broadcasting "outstanding movies and programs", when there are no decent quality programs after midnight on any free to air channels (not to mention some of the rubbish during the day). I called ValueMax about the unauthorized charges that I'm certain were a result of using the Intellius background check service. The first rep offered to cancel and refund the current month's charges, I said I wanted all of it credited going back to 2009 when they started charging my corporate card. Medco did a “bait and switch”. Upon enrollment they sent me a formulary which included disopyramide phosphate ER at $6 for 90 days mail order. I placed the order immediately upon receiving this formulary. They filled it instead with the non generic version at $173 for 34 days without even informing me. The prescription as written was for Norpace CR 300 mg. This dosage does not seem to be available and is substituted by 100mg x 3 or 150mg x 2. Being stuck in heathrow airport lift for an hour, we telephoned them 6 times and they knew how nervous i was, they explained that they had sent the engineers to the wrong lift, they asked us at the beginning which floor we were on, we replied that we didnt know as all it said on the lift was out of service, we heard nothing else from them apart from when we telephoned them. There was no communication no paramedics there and all we had was a bottle of water from airport staff. Hertz (aka Herts)Auto Transport is such a fraud, they mispell their own name! They ripped me off for over $1300 and never performed the service for which they were paid. After making a duplicate charge on my credit card, and two weeks after the date they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, they refused to answer their phone or return my calls or return my money!
