Hi I would like to register my dissatisfaction with Telpacifics phone card services and their addition to my growing belief that these cards generate these companies income under false pretenses. On April 11, 2010 we bought diesel fuel from the above BP station from pump #7 and purchased $50.08 worth of fuel. The next day the truck would not start. We found that there was water in the fuel and it plugged the fuel filter. After adding fuel supplements and changing the fuel filter 4 times @ $40.00 each and $20.00 of additive we are still having problems. Our next step would be to go to the GMC dealer and having all the fuel removed from the tanks and replacing the fuel filters again at quite a high cost. This store is a high pressure sales machine that is hawked repeatedly by Carnival Cruise Lines personnel. Carnival, incidentally, owns Diamonds International, so that should be a reason to be wary of DI and maybe also Carnival. The lens had drop out my spectacles that I had bought at Specsavers Green Street Neath. What had happened the screw had come away from the lens holder consequently the lens fell out and was step on, this was a manufacturing fault. I took the frames back to specsavers Neath in hope of having the replacement lens but was told cheekily by the member of the staff that I had been negligent, the fault was my and it would cost me £42 pounds to replace the lens. On 8/23/09 I rented a 14' truck from the Thomson Ave, Ventura Ca site.which is close to my new residence. While driving the approximately 50 miles to my former residence the truck lost one of its tie rods, which droped to the ground. Since TD Bank has taken over Commerce Bank I am outraged at the amounts of fees that are charged to my account. The CS Reps in the branches are not properly educated about the bank policies and/or products at times and information is always conflicting. I know that banking is a business but this is just rediculous.
