On Sun (less than 24 hours later), we tried to cancel the purchase due to an emergency, but were told cancellations incurred at least a 20% cancellation fee. Do not buy windows from Light of the World Windows. I gave them two deposits in good faith anticipating installation of windows. They were well aware that I would not be able to pay additional funds for a while and I told them that I would make monthly good faith payments until I had paid down enough to order the windows. In August 2009 my family stayed at this hotel and won accommodation vouchers in their birthday promo. We were told that we could stay anytime and simply make a booking and present our voucher on check in. I did this. We arrived on Saturday 20th Feb at 3pm. Verizon's Billing Department and Custoner Service really Sucks. I have had Verizon FIOS for almost 12 Months now and I am ready to go back to Comcast. Why one might ask. Verizon promises Promotion of HBO and Cinemax free for 3 Months, and then starts charging $22.99 per month for no reason.
