Having been watching BBC from their gold package with no sound except repeating short clip of music since midnight Monday 22 Feb 2010. It's over 2 hours now. No apologies. No explanation. No live call centre. Their website is a trash - wouldn't allow customer to make any complaints.
They even censored TV5 programme - Crazy Horse - shown on new year's eve. Do they have the rights to?
Wonder why I should be paying for all this shoddy practice.

I placed an order via webpage Canadapets.com for a Field Trainer collar. My credit card was charged and a receipt was given on December 5th 2009.
I wait 2 weeks and decided to call see if the order had been shipped. No one respond, so I left a first message on December 19th but received no call back. It was Christmas time so I decided to wait on January to call back. Meanwhile, I wrote an e-mail asking if the order had been shipped.

I purchased a dining room set with arm chairs from Easylife furniture to help my disabled husband to sit at the table after he fell and fractured his skull in 2007. I had several complaints about the set once delivered and phoned them but no one returned my call.

In November we tried to use our 1-year old gas logs and discovered that the thermal coupling would not work. After trying to locate a local supplier (NONE..including the Home Depot where we bought it!) we contacted the Customer Service Department for Sure Heat. I received oral surgery February 3, 2010 from American Dental Care located at 722 Market St in Philadelphia, PA and the experience was horrible. My appointment was for 3:00pm, and I rushed to get there, the procedure didn't get started until 4:15. I bought 4 Primewell Tires 7 days ago and after 5 days of driving on them one went flat. Brought tire back to Firestone, they said that I must have hit a curb, I did not hit any curbs or potholes, there were no marks on the tire. Firestone of Hamden, CT would not give me a new tire. This company is THE worst example of customer service. I signed up online for a free trial period of their product after reading an article. While the website says to call and cancel within 10 days so they don't charge your credit card, I did this and the rep said he had no record of my name or info (name, zip, email was provided).
