Mobile Transport Inc is the worth auto transporting company there is! They damaged both of my 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan and my 2001 Hyundai Sonata transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren’t going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical!

Safe Choice
I bought a warranty for my car in 2006, did all the requirements they suggested for the warranty to go in effect. In 2010 my car ran hot, had it towed in call the warranty service thety told me to take it to a dealer have them notify the claim department. They finally got back with a fax after the shop faxed them all the information about the problem, saying the claim was denied. These people are a SCAM! I have been paying $59.99 x 2/month for over a year. The first claim I had was for a Tahoe AC compressor. They are denying it. First they wanted to know tire size. Then they asked for maintenance records which I provided. Then they said those were invalid as they didn't have the payment method, and the vehicle VIN. A Texas car dealer claims DSC is out-of-control and wants fellow dealers to fight back. Texas Guardian's post spells it out:

I was contacted by this company for an extended auto warranty by USPS. The initial warranty information never mentioned anything about worn or burned parts resultin in a denied claim; however, after I had already signed up for the warranty and provided my debit card information for automatic monthly deductions, I received a handbook with these two terms listed which would cause a claim to be denied. Also, the handbook stated that if I did not complete the monthly payments, I would be referred to a collection agency.

My husband was contacted by a man who said his name was Matthew Bcousta from American Auto Benefits from Pheonix Arizona, and even gave him an employee id number # AS91905. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Prius yesterday, March 8th, from Carl Hogan Toyota in Columbus, MS. It was a very rainy day, and the car had white paper floor mats over the regular floor mats when I picked up the vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!!!
They took 5 days to ship my order, and then refused to refund $18.00 for the brake caliper core return. I spoke with Katy (X414) and Customer Service Manger Portz (X1033) in an effort to resolve the issue. That process took 30 minutes.
They insist a "discount" was applied to the core return amount. I was never informed of this "discount" until AFTER I returned the core.

It would appear after speaking with my transmission mechanic that the Claims Services part of my Drivers Choice warranty, arbitrarilay denies all claims submitted. On the drop envelope there is an information form, which includes the time a customer will call to check on their vehicle and a place to write contact numbers, both home and work. My wife and I leased a Nissan Armada from DCH Nissan in Freehold NJ. When we leased the vehicle Gary and Eric (the sales staff) pitched us a prepaid maintemance contract for the 39 month term of the lease. Cost of the contract was $1, 600. We had three specific questions: 1) Does the contract include the use of loaner vehicles, 2) Since Infinity is a Nissan Company can we get our service at an Infinity dealership that was much closer to our house than DCH Nissan, an 3) Does the contract cover the cost of brake replacement.

Test drove a 2011 Equinox LS in Oct and loved it excepting the silver titanium cloth seats. They only had two equinox's and both had silver titanium so for the first time in 60 years, I ordered a vehicle from the factory. I chose cyber gray metalic exterior color and jet black cloth seats. I brought my diesel tuck in for a hard start. They made me change the FICM (fuel injector computer module). Truck came out of shop running rough after 30 min of service. Brought it back that night apparently lost all codes on the computer due to mechanic not fastening the computer properly so they said.
Truck comes out once again still not running rite brought it back on 7 different occasions complaining about hoe rough the truck ran mechanic kept on telling me it was running fine.

Avis - Car Rentals
These guys are a serious bunch of thieves. I was hit from behind and the evidence they have at hand is quiet clear to whose fault the accident was. However, at the time of the accident, AVIS collected information from the third party to the accident and somehow managed to pay the third party out even though she was at fault. Now they expect me to pay the insurance excess. Safety Insurance
I have been trying to work with Safety Insurance on a loss claim. They DO NOT communicate with me. I have called (was hung up on) emailed and contacted my agent who hasn't had much success. I strongly recommend not to deal with Safety Insurance. It's bad enough to have a loss but worse to have an Insurance Company that's just not there for you. I bought a brand new 2009 Lexus RX 350 from Kendall Lexus in Eugene Oregon. After taking delivery of the car I noticed a problem with the transmission.
Frequently when the transmission shifts from 1st gear into 2nd gear it slips, the engine revs up about 1000 rps and then catches into 2nd gear.

They merely use the service as a source of sales leads.

On 1/26/2011, I called Advantage Nissan located at 939 Old Country Road and spoke with Steve. I told him I was looking for a red Juke SL model and he told me he has that particular vehicle for me and so we set an appointment for 1/29/11 for 1pm. We received a loaner because our vehicle would be in for repairs for at least one week. On December 31, 2010, I noticed that the Illinois license plate would expire at midnight of January 1, 2011. I reserved a car with Fox Payless online and my reservation said the estimated cost would be 152.00 for 1 week's rental, including tax.
