My husband was in a car accident over a year ago. We got Winters & Yonkers to "help" with our case. We had to get all doctors bills and mail them to them, we feel like they have not done the first thing to help us. The second Toyota I purchased from Fred Anderson was a 2006 Corolla. No problems until a few months ago when the engine began shutting off while in motion. I had less than 50k miles on it at the time.

BMW Germany
I have emailed BMW Germany on several occasions about my mini cooper. The car requires a new petrol guage. The car has not even completed 24, 000 km and such a fault should not have occured in a car of this caliber. The gauge reads that petrol is present when actually there is NO petrol, it is unsafe to drive. I have sent a complaint to them asking for a free replacement of the gauge since this is obviously a manufacture fault, I get no reply from them.

My nephew went to the Caltex Garage in Underwood Road and filled up with petrol and asked for his break fluid to be checked. He needed to have break fluid put in but instead of the attendant putting in the break fluid, he gave it to my nephew's worker to put it and he put the break fluid into the engine!!! Now it looks like the engine has seized!!! The manageress could not be bothered with what had happened and now my nephew is sitting with a huge problem as this van is used for his business and the only source of his income. I took my car into Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan in Covington, LA. so that they could look at and access the damage to my hood that was created by the bug shield they put on it. I called them 4 times after 3 days because nobody called me give me an update.

These guys a couple of years ago decided not to pay their suppliers and service providers. We are a fairly small firm and it really hurt us. We survived, but the way they handled our calls and communicatons, made it clear they could not care less about anyone. I contacted one of their top financial execs and he just ignored my request. First time filling the car with gas and the gas door will not re-latch (stays open).
Called for service and they will not supply a loaner car. They want me to wait at least an hour for diagnosis and will only provide a loaner if it requires more than 24 hours.
Who can afford to take a day off of work for this?
A brand new car, just out of their dealership and they cannot support the customer for servicing a defective automobile.
Stick with buying your car from reputable dealerships that provide the appropriate support for their customers. read full review »

My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. Service Department damaged new parts installed on vehicle by qualified mechanic and then charged us for the new parts. When we demanded they save the parts, they placed them on the back floor boards which then had to be detailed. SMKia then proceeded to triple the estimated amount we had been quoted; when we raised a fuss about that, it was quickly discounted $100. Do not buy a car from pars cars. I purchased a car from them and was back the next day with problems. They charged me 3 times the blue book value, charged me 25% interest, required $2, 000 down, and still sold me a lemon. When I took it back, everybody in the service center waiting for their car to be repaired, had the same horror story about dealing with this operation.

The rear pulley bolts on my 2007 Harley Davidson Utra Classid Electra Glide completely sheared off inside the wheel as I was driving down the road. I heard a noise and looked in the rearview mirror and saw something sliding down the road. I bought a second-hand car from a local car dealer who assured me that I was getting a good deal. He basically guaranteed that ALL his cars were in tip-top shape with very little maintenance needed after purchasing.
