This company is a complete scam. They always have only one car in Austin Location. A Mid size SUV and it rents for less than a full size car cost. But beware... I bought a brand new Daihatsu Terios 7 seater 3 weeks ago. Firstly the did not negotiate a proper interest rate for me- I phoned and arranged it myself. Then on ay of collection the sales guy is not there to hand over car to me. I found the keys and found a DIRTY car!!! No thank you we aprreciate your service- NOTHING!!! Went to Mercedes Sandton to replace a headlight globe. Phoned them 2 times this morning to enquire whether the item is covered as part of service contract but no-one could help. Went in, had to pay for the globe, asked to speak to a service consultant to get clarity on what is excluded from service contract and was informed that globes are covered under the service plan. No-one had explained to me that I had to book the car in to ensure that it is covered under the service plan as no one knew. It seems as if there is a lack of knowledge and no one really cares. Lusio Panel Beaters offers the worst service. The receptionist will put you on hold for long periods of time while no one answers your call. Then when someone finally does answer, they will not give a clear feedback on the status of what is happening with your car coupled with a lot of bad attitude for a service they are being paid to offer. Demand letter sent to them against their driver who T-Boned me and totalled my car and hurt my back and neck. Stanley Law Offices sent demand letter but they will not handle litigation. I cannot sit, stand, walk for long distances and am on muscle relaxers, Vicadin, PT. Tens Unit and receive monthly injections for pain. Stanley Law offices state I meet threshold for pain and suffering under NYS Law 5402. I was misdiagnosised for a year and switched my primary physician who listened to me and sent me immediately for PT and pain injections. These things help for a short time, temporary fix. My 1999 Mercedes was towed by Shamrock Towing, Inc. on 1/13/2011 from a parking lot at Columbus State College. Immediately after picking up the car, my son noticed the loss of pressure in his brakes. After that demonstration of stupidity, she subsequently assigned blame for an auto collision where I was rear ended to me in spite of the police report and the repair shop clearly stating that the other driver was at fault. I purchased a car from Butler Hyundai, using their website and Auto Trader. The vehicle was listed as having an automatic transmission, it did NOT ! It was also stated that floor mats were included, they were NOT. When I picked up the vehicle they were supposed to have done paint touch up - they did NOT. We had nothing but trouble with 2 ATVs that we ordered for our kids...tried different parts, constant maintenance and repairs, finally gave up and asked to return them. We had trouble getting Budget ATVs staff to respond to communications, but finally got the ATVs returned...guess what?!
