call co. for update on my warrinty and was told it was out of date.. so i then when to a local mechanic to fix my truck, he told me that the part should have been replaced because it was difective by company when i contact them about this they said because i already had my vehicle fixed outside the company they could not honor any defective warrities

I was working for Oxendale and decided to buy a car through them. I put my $1200 deposit down and put a new $800 sterso system with seperate subwoofers in it as well. Well less then a month later I decided to quit knowing I'd forfeit my deposit which was ok. Dometic/Refrigerator in Winnebago Via
I purchased a 2010 Winnebago Via with a Dometic refrigerator which according to Winnebago was specially designed for this motor home (I doubt that). The unit has a fan "whine" that runs almost 24 hours a day, off and on. Also the freezer frosts over and the temperature drops in the refrigerator portion and food spoils unless you defrost frequently. I had purchased a maruti alto from Sarathy autos, Kollam. On the first day itself I noticed problem in changing in to the fifth gear. I rang up the customer service and on binoy was dealing with this. They took the car and returned it the next day. But I felt the same complaint, which is a major one, again. I am cheated hopelessly buying a maruti 800 a/c from the abovesaid organisation. The service provided by them is so hopeless and incorrigible. During all the free and paid services, the battery of my vehicle was not at all checked- resulting in the loss of it. April 29, 2010 we downsized a beautiful caddy to a sweet little 92 Pontiac Bonnieville. Traded even up. July 27, the cradle for the motor broke while driving and the motor fell out. They offered us a car with the front end tied up with a rope, and more, I refused.
Yesterday they offered us a car with the sun rood closed by rope and the passenger seat broke o where it laid flat against the back seat..

I work for In-Net India P.Ltd situated at P.B.Marg, Worli, Opp. Century Mills. This is regd the Parking charges which we have to pay to park our vehicles on the Road.I get a Bill from R.T.Corporation which has a PAN No : AKLPK1522G which I am sure does not belong to him. Also the Parking charges on display is just Rs.5/- and they charge almost Rs.15/- a day or Rs 300/- a month. For cars also the on Display charges are just 26 and they make us Pay Rs.50/- per day. Is this valid and if not what action can one take against them.

The Omega guys are a real bunch of cheaters, i moved to Canada for a short term and preferred taking a local driving license ( i had been driving for more than 10 years). Since each country is different i preferred to take a drive or two to get to know the rules better and go for a driving test for license exchange ( yes, in Canada they dont accept most european licenses and you need to give a test for exchange). Three weeks ago while traveling in Michigan, I changed the oil in my Harley and to my suprise I found the oil pan plug had been apoxied in place. I contacted the dealer (Greeley Wild West Harley) and they recommended I bring the bike in and they would look at it. They admitted goofing up with the bike by using apoxy. At 80000km Fiat Multipla JTD the engine management slowed the car to idle.
The Service was completed by Park Motors Vereeniging. The problem re-occurred at 117000km - it was established it was the Catalytic Converter and were given a price of R22 000...to replace. PArk Motors Service staff have a terrible attitude and were unwilling to assist.

I have a 2009 Brookside 30 foot pull trawel trailer. I bought it in April of 2009. It has about 3100 miles on it. The tires are Trail Express St225/75D15. The tires were worn in different area on all four tires. I went to Parsippany Automotive for oil change three weeks ago. The mechanic recommended me to repair rear brake. We made an appointment the day after for a detailed inspection and the price for the repair. Husband was hit by a USAA insured driver this morning. Claims department couldn't be more UNHELPFUL-- wanted us to go through our insurance & pay our deductible when their client was issued a citation for improper left turn. Would not send a tow truck to tow his inoperable car (he had just dropped me off at work-- so I was also car-less). I brought my truck into the shop in June because the motor in my window was out and my window would not go back up. For $400 they supposedly fixed the problem. 2 months later, my window would not roll up again after rolling it down. I called them and brought it back to be repaired and then 1 week later the same thing happen again. At this point I was very pissed and requested a full refund.
