Miller's Chrysler Jeep
On 8/12/09 I brought my 2007 Jeep Compass into Miller’s Chrysler Jeep for internal transmission problems/issues, as it was making loud humming/grinding noises. Miller’s Jeep diagnosed the problems a week prior, and covered them under my extended service contract with a $100.00 deductible through Daimler Chrysler. I placed an order on 18 Jan 2009 on behalf of my father, I then went on holiday for 2 weeks and had expected that it would have been delivered in my absence. Upon returning it had not arrived. I phoned and was initially told to phone back later as they were not near a computer and so could not check the order. I took my 2005 VW Passat TDI in for service at Esserman International VW in Miami FL for a vibration problem. They told me it was the motor mounts, I Told them I had them check and did not agree with them but if noted of my concern, do the repair. It did not fix the problem. Wayne's Service Center
I had major issues with Wayne's Service Center. I took my vehicle there for a transmission issue and 3 weeks later was told the issue was fixed. I paid and took the car home but the problem was not fixed. Multiple phone calls, two months and four trips back to the shop later and still nothing is fixed and they could not care less. I purchased a warranty from this company a few years back. The salepeople tell you one thing about the warranty to get youto purchase it. However, they DO NOT go into detail on what the warranty actually covers. I have used this warranty on numerous occassions, and each time the company comes up with a reason of why the part/service is not covered completely or not at all. I am tired of every time I walk into this store (312) on highway 258 in Jacksonville, N.C. . They are so moody I remember going there every day about a year ago and I loved it . Over three months after the vehicle accident, the repairs I discovered today are below standard. First For Woman (FFW) nominated Royal Panel Beaters (RPB) as an accredited auto body repair shop, but the shoddy workmanship can not be accepted. The assessors at FFW approved the workmanship, leaving me wondering what qualified their judgment. I purchased a GPS on 9 October 09. I was told by the person at the Service Department that I could return it as long as I have the receipt. The GPS does not work properly. I went to Customer Service twice to try to return it and they tell me they have a deal with NDrive (the manufacturer company). They do not accept returns but will exchange it only within 30 days. Stay away from Saturn - can't imagine what will happen once they all close down. I've just filed a complaint with the BBB in New Jersey over Saturn Customer Service. I've rented vehicles before and never had any problems.
Here I looked over the vehicle the best I could for any damages and pointing the ones out I saw.
Sure enough on the return of the vehicle a small crack on the windshield was spotted by an employee under the wiper blade.

Find Decode Car Hire on the internet. They offered the best rate for a 2 weeks car hire at the Malaga airport, Payed the invoice. After not getting a conformation I finally find out thet they could not deliver the hired car. Did speak to them on phone and mail in order to get my paid money back. I am Rohit from Delhi . I had bought a black color, Skoda Superb from Arshia Motors, Faridabad, Haryana on 16th march 2009.
I have a feeling this whole lot was defective and they should recall these cars.
