I ordered brake rotors for my Dodge 1500 Van. They sent me rotors for a Dodge Truck, therefore were to small for my cargo van. After numerous calls and emails to return these for an exchange or refund I got no response. These people have no regard for their customers and certainly no customer service. We were quite satisfied with our dealing and just about to sign the financing papers when we encountered that there had been a huge misunderstanding. We wanted to speak directly to the representative that helped us and while trying to locate her, we had to deal with a sales manager. He was FAR from nice. To begin with, right off the bat, he was very rude. He then continued to make smart remarks and insult us. We would have bought the car we were looking at regardless of the misunderstanding but thanks to his attitude, we left. My son, and husband both purchased a moped scooter on-line. Well, needless to say both mopeds were in need of repairs. We took the bikes to this one place where we originally purchased another moped a couple of years ago, and they recommended a place called Mike's Bikes . Eight months ago I puchased a pre-owned BMW 528i from the Lexus Pre-owned Dealership. The salesperson stated that the car was a local trade and the gentleman was meticulous in taking care of the car. The carfax was clean. I asked the salesperson specifically about the brakes and transmission and she assurred me that everything was fine, and that a 100+ point inspection had been conducted on the car. I purchased a pitbull motorcycle, upon getting it back to ohio i realized there was no vin sticker. I was able to get in contact with Mike Davis the owner of the company. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. He was trying to renege on the deal by charging for what was owed. I own a 2006 Chevy Equinox Lt. It has now started to give me problems because I can start it and shut it off and it doesn't want to start and it starts hard. I took it to the garage and they put it on the machine and the part inside the fuel pump is not letting gas stay and then it doesn't want to start. Water Pump available for 1991 GM motor was ordered and received. However, it was the incorrect water pump required. I followed up with the information and issue on the Web Site listed and got no response or acknowledgment. I am stuck with incorrect merchandise that is of no use to me and I either want the correct one with the model numbers sent to him by e-mail or my money returned. I purchased a Nissian Altima 2007 from Orland Park Nissian in Orland Park Il, .I had problems with the car stallin and shutting off in the middle of the expressway and in the middle of a bust intersection. We have a Honda 2007 Honda Pilot. Our air condition was not working well so we had it serviced because we were going out of town. We were told that if all it need to have done was it recharged was would be a cost envolved. They recharged the unit and stated it was fine. This was on done on April 30, 2010. We left on a 15 day vacation on May 7th, there was only one day over 80 before we left. The air failed while we were in Georgia, with in approximately 14 days of the recharge. On 6-24-2010 my husband and I had to make a 46 mile trip to pick up some parts and as usual (an had done so many times before), we filled up with gas and when he went to pay by check; our check was declined ao the clerk called our bank to clear the check. We had ample funds in our account and I do not understand why out of the blue our check was declined as we have always written checks at this Walmart Station and Store. Giuffre advertised the 2010 KIA Forte EX for $12999. In the New York Daily News. I called and was told that they had them in stock for the advertised price and the only additional cost would be sales tax and license plate and title fees. When I got there I was told that for that price I would has to qualify for certain incentives and that the would be an additional destination charge of $695. and preparation charge of $795. The ad is highly deceptive, they should not be able to advertised a retail priced after qualifying incentives. Its been while since I purchased a new car and forgot how devious these people were.
