We did receive our scooter within 14 days from the date of purchase. It was crated and in good condition, with the exception of one small part that was cracked. Then 3 days later, the speedometer cable broke. We contacted Scooternitro by phone and tech support was very helpful. Currently own one Chevy purchased from this dealership. Brought vehicle back for warrenty service. Had car looked at by tech, which found the source of the problem, stated they had to order parts. Scheduled an appointment for the next week. Dropped car off as scheduled, they had the car for 1 1/2 days when I called to check. I do not have a Crysler. My neighbor does. I have received multiple calls from Crysler about my neighbor. Bad enough they call me, now they call me at my mothers house. She is 80, she does not need to talk to these idiots, they ask her if she knows my neighbors.

Got a remote start put in in september 2008. I spoke to Charlie over the phone prior to him sending "his wrecker" (he has a contract with a wrecker service to pick up cars around town and then if you cant afford the work he will charge you for storage and a really high towing bill.) to get my car and he assured me that he would take care of the issues for as little as possible and even offered to let me pay the bill out if need be. The sales rep, Tina Wilson suggested that I pay a deposit in the amount of $550.00 by personal check, in order to get a 5% discount. The deposit was sent on Nov. 15 and the check cleared on Nov. 24. I brough my truck to wes ward auto to get a new muffler on it. I pay them $580 and they turned around and shorted out one of my O2 sensors so the check engine light would come on. I paid them for a new muffler for my truck and they turned around and put one on it from some other car.

I purchased my used 2001 For Escape in 2002. I have had never ending quality issues since the purchase date. I have had to replace two of the doors handles due to poor parts used in the first place. I bought a car for $11, 000, and two weeks later the enging light came on!
I told the dealer and he said to find a shop to fix it and he would pay for it.
I found a shop and they faxed the cost to the dealer and he has not responded to my calls or to the shop. It is now three weeks later and my engine light is still on. The turbo has several leaks, and one of the engine coild is out so the car sputters and jerks because it is misfiring!

An employee stole a pair of expensive sun glasses while I was getting an oil change. The police was called and the employee who was suspected of taking the glasses did not cooperate with the police. The other employee did not do well on a lie detector test. Owner John Markeli does not want his employees to admit guilt because that would make Express Care responsible for the glasses. I bought a high performance ford AOD transmission back in Feb 02 2008 from ramparts out of Tampa Florida. It came with a 1 year unlimited mile warranties. The first day I got the transmission it had the wrong shifting linkage. I installed the transmission I worked only for about a mile and I lost overdrive. They claim that the the transmissions have been rebuilt with stronger parts, but it seems like they just pull them out of a junkyard and sell them. They're costumer service is horrible, they claim to send the transmission at they say that it will arrive in a weeks time. I waited two weeks only to call them and find out that they didn't even send the transmission in the first place. my car- 2002 Rav4, vin # JTEGH2OV52005571. I took this vehicle to Desert Toyota in Tucson, Az on 6/27/08 for a specific problem of harsh shifting. I didn't have the TSB # TC002-06 at that time. The computer diagnostic came out with a code of P0755, the same code as the above referenced TSB. I was told there were no recalls, etc for my vehicle. And that it would cost me thousands of dollars to fix that problem- was perfectly O.K. to keep on driving the vehicle that way.
