He kept it for a whole year just sitting up and he was saying the whole time he was working on it. Bought 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 truck in Sept of 04. Since Oct of 06 the truck shakes violently. You never know when it will happen. Dodge serviced the truck once in Nov of 06 and again in Dec of 06 for the same problem. I have the violent shaking on a video from inside the truck. Once the shaking starts, the truck must be pulled over no matter how many cars are on the road and brought to a complete stop. Then you can start the truck up again and hope the shaking does not start again. It happens intermittently which is why it is such a death trap... read full review »

I called this company to see if they could repair my car telling them the problem; the car won't crank when hot but starts when cool so they said yes and came picked up my car. They called me later saying that the problem was the crank sensor and for me to come down and sign the invoice giving permission to get the part and put it on and it was going to run around $400-450 that when I first noticed they were crooks I was told so I did and come to find out that wasn't the problem. The reason I am contacting you today is that I have some issues with the bills I received in the mail. First of all I called and talked to Tammy from billing 586-421-3059 @ 7-18-09 @ 9am from Chesterfield urgent care facility. After talking to her to find out what I needed to do to make sure I wasn't going to be billed I then called my insurance and made sure Henry Ford, Inc services were covered. Bob Knolls/owner/seller did not give full disclosure about warranty... He told us that Harley Davidson would warranty the bike and Champion Trikes would warranty the conversion... First time bike went to shop HD Corp black flagged the bike "no warranty" When I called them they said it was because it had "non HD Manufactured parts" ie: trike conversion and big bore kit, (all done by seller before I seen the bike in April '09) The bad part is the dealer knew HD would not warranty the bike before he sold... read full review »

Ford 550 Diesel ..I bought it new in 2004. It has approx 26k miles . One day it just started running bad. I brought it to the dealer and was told that the fuel tank was delaminating causing the injectors, lines and pump to clog. The dealer wants $2500 to fix it and Ford will not take any responsibilty in fixing it. I fuel up at the same 2 stations all the time. Terrible customer service, rude comments when asking for information.Unwilling to help or provide information.I asked to cancel my policy and she responded by saying (You must have money to throw away, your policy will be cancelled.) Then hung up on me. My reason for cancelling the policy is because of not receiving what I was promised in the policy.Four times I was told the policy did not cover what was wrong with my car.This company is a liar and a thief. I puchased a 2004 hummer h2 brand new in september of 2004. The truck has been in the shop more than its been in my heated garage. The truck now has only 39000 miles on it and is only used by my wife to go to work and shopping, it has never been offroad or even driven down a dirt road. The problems stared with a water leak from a roof seam that the dealer was aware of when they sold it to us and never disclosed the defect. I've sent numerous emails to Hyundai helpline, to different people in Hyundai. i believe Suhrit Hyundai has shut down with its people not being there anymore. A total rip off operation. High pressure sales jobs to do extra work that is not needed. When you try to decline they really put the pressure on. Unfortunately I caved to the pressure and had some extra work done...who knows if the work was needed or actually done. Beware! Never, ever book your car rental with Dollar Car Rental!! They scammed me into paying more for my rental by telling me the vehicle I reserve was NOT available (as we were driving out of the lot, we saw a few vehicles that we originally reserved!) and offered us another - The agent claimed that the daily rate on the alternate vehicle was a lot cheaper than what we originally reserved, and said I would be getting a very good deal. Audiotogo is a website similar to netflicks. You sign up for their monthy service and they send you audiobooks. You keep them for as long as you like and then mail them back. I signed up for their two week "free trial". It took the first (and only) audiobook 9 days to arrive to my house. I realized that the company has not worked out the kinks in shipping yet and decided to cancel the service before my free trial was up. I had an oil changed performed on my truck at the Mitsubishi dealer. couple of weeks later i checked my air filter and the cone was smashed so i went back to them to show them what had happened. They told me it was not there problem and that they didn't do it and that they were not responsible. I took my vehicle to Smith Transmision. The tranny was leaking oil but otherwise operating properly. However with high mileage I knew it may turn out be be a rebuild job. Sure enough that was the recommendation. In the process they called and reported that the left lower control arm/ balljoint assembly as well as sway bar links and exhaust flex pipe needed replacement. This small company on Grand and Encanto will hit you coming and going. It is run by brothers Pete and Jerry Amato. They gave me an estimate and then upped it by $100 after I dropped off the car. I had to go back several times and they never fixed the problem correctly. After leasing a Dodge Ram truck for 5 years and making all required payments, I contacted US Leasing to return my truck. They had a vehicle inspection person come look at my truck and are now trying to collect $500 in excessive damage fees and a $390 fee for end of lease turn in. The damages they are charging me for are minor dents on the bumper where the hitch is...normal wear for a pick up truck that was designed for towing.
