I contacted Richard Bailey and purchased an SL-75 Oxy Hydrogen Generator on August 1, 2008. The purchase included installation. I recieved the generator and some misc parts the first week in September. Missing was a tank valued at $40.00. I have talked to Richard Bailey and Randy Franklin many times on the phone. 13 Nov 08- took vehicle for dealer service at 14530 miles. Was informed front brakes worn. Needed brake kit replacement. Cost $292.33. Authroized work, but complained that excess wear should not exist at that low mileage. Was informed that brake pads are metallic and subject to oxidation if vehicle is not driven frequently. One week after I purchased a used vehicle from Mission Chrysler Jeep I was contacted by the salesman who asked me to return to the dealership. The Finance Manager inputted the wrong VIN number and we had to redo the paperwork. He stated for my trouble Mission would give me $100. Have never seen it! It all Started when I was involved in an accident with my 2008 Honda Ruckus scooter. I dropped off my ruckus at al lamb honda around Sep 22-23. Roughly a month and a week later I get a call saying it ready so I go to pick it up and there is still things that are not fixed. MIDNIGHT TOWING SERVICE Towed my car from apt stating it was blocking the lane. I park there everyday.It was not blocking anyones car or road. They showed me my car's picture which did not show whether my car was blocking anything. My 3 neighbors also had similar things happened to them in past 3 months. Service was provided, a proper clam was made, call after call gave me numerous phone numbers to call, finally talked to a real person who asked me to fax information to them, bad fax number, then correct number. It turned out they were in no way related to my dealership, and that in fact my warranty had not expired.
