Just want to warn people about Sears service Dept.(AUTO) Wilmington N.C, I went to Sears was going to let them change my oil in my BMW until when i asked the person(male) to check my oil in my car, his response was that the only way he could check the oil was to drain all the oil out! Im not that stupid you dont drain the oil out to check it. So tell me where do you find these people? No telling what they would have done if i had actually let them change the oil maybe take the engine out for an oil change. Unreal! So i hope this information will be usefull to others. The requests/complaints/concerns are not being addressed by HONDA/ its Dealer. The casual handling of matter and callous attitude is causing undue harassment and mental agony to the undersigned. We bought an Audi A4 1.9 TDI from Dealer - Retoria Motors. KMS: ±129000kms. When i wanted to book the vehicle for a service at Audi Menlyn, they told me that this vehicle already had its 150 000KM service in 2008!! I did spoke to orginal owner (a Dr Strydom), they told me that they traded the vehicle in on ± 180 000kms. I'm not willing to speak to the dealer. I ran over a curb and destroyed the underneath- as if that was not a bad enough day, then I got to deal with these idiots. John Gonzalez was my adjustor- and he is awful. Never returns calls, never does what he says he is going to do. This is the worest car warrenty company around. First this company will take forever to fix you car (will be a month). But the contract will only cover a rental car for 7 days. I needed a rental due to an auto theft, Saban's seemed hassle free so I went to rent a car for the duration of my theft issue, to start I was assured that they would work with my insurance company with third party billing all i needed was 250.00 in deposit and first weeks rent.
