On Dec 2008, I purchased a warranty from CDWS for 1, 800. I received the paperwork and reviewed it and it appeared everything major would be covered. I traded in my 07 Rabbit for an automatic diesel Jetta TDI, and it broke down within 2 days due to a faulty transmission. I placed an order with emot for a number of specialist parts from Rizoma, totalling over £200. This was at the end of May (23rd they processed my payment). I heard nothing until I chased on 28th June, when I received a mail on 29th June saying that they would send the parts out next week. It is now 15 July and I still have not received my goods. I recently complained about the service and loan departments at Camping Wold, N. Charleston, SC. Although everything I said about their service (and more holds true), I double checked my sales agreement and it seems the $5000 added to our bottom line was a misunderstanding. I purchased a brand new 2009 Chrysler Town & Country minivan from this dealership. Two days later I went to remove the dealer advertisement plate from the front bumper. I was surprised to see that there was no factory mounting hardware for the plate. The dealership just drilled two holes in the bumper to install their plate. I spoke to Hector on the phone on Feb. 28, 2009 and asked if they have some parts I need. He told me yes, and gave me a great price. I authorized PAYPAL to give SK Auto Parts/ Neko Enterprises $1740. Two weeks went by, then a month and then two more months, NO PARTS. I called and requested they send me my money back A.S.A.P. They mailed me a Nice Big Company Check for the amount of $1740. After being members for 30 years with CSAA we decided we could get better premiums for our 2 cars through AARP. We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed. I purchased a car from Kelly automotive group with 5 year car guarentee in nov 2005. I paid 2200.00 for the guarantee In july of 2009 it needed trany work done. When the dealer called for work appraval they were told the contract had expired in January of 2008 seems in the small print if the car had over 6000 miles on it when sold the contract starts on january of manufacture date. I was not given the correct parts to were to be included with my engine. There was a knock on the bottom end from the start. I was then sent an e-mail that gave me a different date. In April of 2009, I purchased a car from them online. It was represented to have 35, 000 miles. I paid $8216 for it, they charged a $782 dealer fee. They represented the car to be excellent.
