GA BEST CAR DEALS,LLC

I found this used car dealer on autotrader.com while I was looking to buy an affordable Honda Odyssey .They had posted at least 15 Odyssey's when I called them some of them were already sold, they indicated me to vist their website www.gabestcars.com since that's the only one is accurate. I went there, saw the car, I found some minor cosmetics deffects ( normal in a used car), took vehicle for inspection at the closer Honda Dealer( i believed is Ed Voylles or Nalley not sure). They inspection mentioned about a minor accident but the... read full review »

I put my car in the shop at Mike Smith Nissan on Friday 26th June 2009. I was told that they had to put a thermostatat in my car before they could tell me what was wrong. They kept my car all weekend and promise to call me on monday after they tested because the thermostat was not the solution but that would coast me $325.00. That was not the problem they said but I needed head gaskets and the where about $3000.00. I had to pay them for repairs, but my car was not repaired. I had taken the vehicle that I had purchased from The High-line Motor Group dealership to get a Mass state inspection. After the vehicle failed the State Inspection I contacted the dealership and spoke with the person that sold the car to me. He said that they would never take back a vehicle under any circumstances. I then decided to contact the Attorney General’s office to learn about my rights as a consumer. After learning about the Lemon Aid law I decided to seek remedy under the Lemon Aid Law Statute (MGL Title XIV Chapter 90 Section... read full review »

Aventura Motor Group
AJT9589 June 29, 2009
I was in the market for a vintage vehicle. I knew I wanted a Triumph Tr6. I looked all over and finally found something from Aventura Motors that "LOOKED" excellent. A supposedly mint 1975 Tr6. I called Aventura and got ahold of a sales rep named Todd. He was very friendly and eager to help. He answered all of my questions and painted a picture of a car that was artfully restored by an individual in New Jersey. Supposedly this was an individual who cared greatly for Triumphs and who took great pride in his restorations. He spoke of the... read full review »

I did not work in sales, but I did hear all the horror stories from the sales department of how much they ripped off their customers. They even ripped off their own employees (ME!) This dealership is a JOKE! They promise things that they will never keep. They know the perfect way to lie without really lying, and making it sound like they are going to give you the world, and they wouldn't give you a piece of dirt! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! When my wife took her car to this location and got an oil change on my white chevy tahoe, the service writer proceeded to put a finger in her rear end and then told her it was dry and it needed some stay lube in order to keep it from getting stiff, and to top it off the service tech also polished her head lights which was strange... When she told me what they did I was appaulled considering we were married for 13 years and that they would put a finger in her rear end and insist that it was dry. purchased a part from their on line store that was to have a one year warranty, after you get the part and it fails, they tell you that the warranty is no good because you have to have it checked by a certified shop and done by a certified mechanic. It has nothing to do with the fact that they sell cheap parts that fail very prematurely and don't stand behind advertised warranties. I sent the old part back return receipt requested, but they must not have accepted it as I heard nothing. read full review »

Avoid like the plague - I rented a van for a crucial pick-up, which I booked around a week in advance. Money was taken from my card but the van simply didn't show up. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be arriving and it was difficult to get a response from the less than helpful man on the phone as to when it would arrive. I was left with not enough time to hire an alternative and as a result I have incurred significant costs. I am currently proceeding with a legal claim against this firm to reclaim the money they took plus the costs incurred due to the breach of the agreement.
