I took my car in to have the transmission looked at, and also for them to fix my air conditioner since it was only blowing hot. I asked them if I could have a loaner car, but they refused to give me one and even denied the fact that they ever loan out cars. I know for a fact that they do provide loaner cars, but I guess that just don't trust a 20 year-old who needs a car to get to class and work. As a result of this they will NEVER receive another dime from me. To make matters worse, they even called me to suggest replacing engine belts at a very high cost and brake pads as well on top of the $3500 for a new transmission and AC condenser. read full review »

I am not a native English speaker and I have an accent. I didn’t understand what the woman said the first time, and when she had to repeat it she became very rude. Owner, Nathan N Sinan undertakes to sell a vehicle, then fraudulently transfers the vehicle into his name, then sells it to another dealer, in this case, Westgate Auto, who sells it to someone else, while the seller has not received his money nor being notified of the sale/s. On 06/01/09 I purchased a 2009 GMC Acadia SLT-2 from Winegarder, Prince Frederick, $51, 000 vehicle. After 2 hours in finance department and starting at a finance rate of 8.0% I was able to eventually convince them to give me a 2.9% rate. After all of this I am escorted to my new vehicle to find that it is dirtier than my trade in. The inside and out were in terrible condition. Wow, where do I start? April of 2008 I brought my 1996 Bounder 34J to Orange County RV to sell through consignment. Everything seemed fine. Official contract, professionalism, and we (my wife and I) held onto the title. Since that time my family had moved to Phoenix for two incredible job oppurtunities. Claimed to advertise car on their website and their ebay website and many other affilate websites by the weekend, they appeared to do so except when I clicked on the link, it was someone else's car they advertised. I did not appreciated this at all, I complained and they wanted to fix it, I demanded a refund as I will not deal with a company who makes mistakes like this. Take your car there for an oil change, service or a check-up and you need to listen carefully because they will try to sell you something extra with fast talk and then deny they did it (for instance a detail service instead of a car wash - a difference in price of about $90.) My question to them is when a customer comes in with their car and signs a work-order estimate, only to pick up their car with a total cost of almost $200 over the estimate; shouldn’t they have been called first? I wish I had the time to stand outside the credit land car lot and sell lemons. I wish I could warn all of Sacramento about the LEMONS being sold by this lot. I ordered a new radiator, after a long wait I received the part. The one in the box was a new part that had been installed and removed, it is damaged. I skoke with several nice people that spoke poor broken english. I had great difficulty communicating my problem. They promised I would receive Return Information via email, IT NEVER CAME. I need the part, the car has been down 2 weeks now. I have to order a new one and await a refund. I received a letter from the Toyota Advantage Dealership in Lynbrook, NY, stating that they were offering a "key for key--early turn in event" that ould expire before May 31, 2009. If I brought them my truck (DODGE NITRO) earley to them, they would honor the letter that I'm still holding in my hand, and give me a brand new 2009 Toyota. Which turned out to be a 2009 Toyota Venza. We bought a TATA Indica in November 2007. Before the the 15 000 km we experience a problem with the running of the engin and we took it to Hyundi in Windhoek to have a check. They change the plug wires, replace new plugs and they told that they have done a valve adjustment. They service the car for the 15 000 km again. Jack Williams has a nasty habit of trying to sell you things that you don't need. Since moving to the area, I have tried to find a reputable mechanic (which is hard). My employer offers a discount for service at their auto center, so I decided to give it a shot. I don't know if these guys are working off of a commission, or if their jobs are threatened without aggressive upselling - but something certainly isn't right. Our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 79, 056 miles developed an over heating problem on May 30, 2009 after driving about 95 miles fom o.c. to palm desert. My wife, daughter and grandson where in the car. AAA came out to check the car and advised us to have car pressure tested at repr shop. The closest to us was sears auto center. I bought Hero Honda Hunk special edition 3 months back. On very first day of driving itself, I found that rear wheel had some alignment Issue. I contacted hero honda service center from where I bought the bike (Divine Auto, Sector 58, Noida). They gave me time of 15 days to replace the wheel. In every 2 days they give a new date and reason. I have a fixer upper car in my driveway. It runs and has a nice body, but I want to do some more work on it before it is road ready. I received a letter dated 6-11-09 that said I am required to remove this vehicle from public view. I have an older home with no garage and a concrete block fence which prevents me from putting the car in the back yard. I have no problem in moving the car - I do have a problem with the city requiring me to move it by 6-21-09 especially since the letter wasn't sent until 6-15-09 and I didn't receive it until 6-16-09 after 5pm. I had purchased an automobile engine that had a 30 month 50, 000 mile warranty, upon receiving the engine and having it installed by a certified GM mechanic the engine did not run correctly. The engine was hard to start, burned oil, and would continue running after being shut off. I contacted Marshall Engines and the placed the blame on the carburetor. I recently (June 6, 2009) purchased a FXRG full face helmet at a H/D dealership in Bay City, MI. The was a malfunction with the visor release, it broke a the visor can"t be put back on the helmet. Keep in mind the helmet has never been worn except for a test fit a neither H/D or the dealership is willing to replace the helmet, instead I have too wait 2-3 weeks for H/D to decide what they want to do. Salesman coerced my son into applying for a loan for his friend who had bad credit. Plus, on the application they added the number 3 in front of what he actually earned ($6, 500) annually as a college freshman so the application wouldn't have any problem going through. I have called and talked to Chrysler people more than three times I even went to the dealer to see if they would except it to purchase MOPAR parts, but they referred me back to Chrysler. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES! My ordeal has been going on since Dec. 2, 2008 over the ECU module for a 1990 Mazda. The module was supposedly "repaired" 3 times. Since then I have called numerous times and spoken with "Ben" and "Mike" who told me they would send me the paperwork for a refund minus $89.99 diagnostic fee. (I'm due a refund of $210.00). We purchased a 2009 Tomos Streetmate R. We have only owned it for 31 days. The moped has 75 miles on it. The moped was in the shop for 2 weeks out of the 31 days we have owned it. Needless to say the moped has been rode 4 times and 2 of the times was when we drove it home from the dealer. The problems we currently have is the moped stalls and the engine shuts off when riding it. It did it when we drove it down the road and at all stop signs. At Nationwide Autocentre, Shirley Retail Park, Solihull my bill totalled £283 for a radiator replacement on Friday 12th June 2009.This was for a job taking less than 1/2 hour on my Peugeot 206 1.1. Just recently I was at an A.M.P.M off of Ynez and Rancho California Rd in Temecula. There was a woman wearing a name tag saying "Assistant Manager Kimberly", she was extremely rude. I was in the process of receiving my change from the clerk and couldn't help but notice how loud she was yelling at another employee. Kimberly told not asked the employee to hand her candy. He put the replacement in, sort of, would not even try to make it fit properly and then wouldn't leave without being paid in full. First, they told me that the Transmission was out on my Cavalier among numerous other things and that it would cost a few thousand dollars to fix. This was a complete lie!!! The owner of this establishment has had a reputation for dishonest business practices for a long time, unfortunately I found this out after my fair share. I brokered a decent Triumph TR3 B to this man for a very reasonable sum, and charged a $500 finders fee, very reasonable. As a result the car was bought, shipped, paid for. After a few weeks, realizing it was taking rather long to receive my money, I inquired only to be strung along with a series of lies about DMV issues.
