To whomsoever it may concern,
I bought a hyundai verna vgt ( crdi ) on february 15,2007 from rama hyundai, okhla. The car is just two and a half months old. It has been driven 3300 kms till date. After covering the first 900-1000 kms there was a very peculiar / irritating noise which was different from what the diesel engine makes.

As a customer of Maruti Udyog Ltd. I should get all the facilities the company has promised to its customers. But in the last three months I am observing the MUL is looking for excuses. I applied for Autocard on 17-1-2007 and after several mails and calls I recieved mails from Citibank that 'due to some problem which cannot be shared they cannot entertain my application'.

Alderman's Toyota - Rutland,VT
I had a 2001 Toyota Echo that had a bad power steering motor that was going bad. My car was still under warranty, so I took it to Alderman's Toyota in Rutland Vermont to have the motor replaced.
Well, the customer service person was trying to make things difficult for me b/c I did not purchase my car from Alderman's but the warranty was good to do business with "any" Toyota dealership - so after an hour they finally started work on my Echo.

Rogers Auto Group - Chicago, IL / Loan Servicing Center - Phoenix, AZ
We had bought this vehicle from and on June 2002 Rogers Auto Group on Michigan Ave in Chicago to only learn we at first had no financing and then they called us back into the office to renegotiate the deal, inchich we thought was already in place. The then quoted us a different price and kept us in their establishment and office for more than two hrs. No one would touch the case which the Lemon Law in Illinois was unheard of, therefore the engine check light remained on from June 2002 thru February 2007.

I took my car in for an estimate to repair the muffler. I tool the owner it's an old car, that I will be selling soon, therefore no expensive repairs. He later called with an estimate that was over my budget. I said to forget the repairs, I will pick up the car. Two days later, took the car to a different outfit only be told that the muffler is completely missing. Called Thistle immediately and asked about it. U.S. Bank Car Leasing
Over the past twenty years I've leased many, many cars. At the end of each lease I've turned in the car and have never -- not once -- been charged for any out of he ordinary wear. All of the cars I've turned in had some minor scratches, the occasional door ding, and so forth. No charges. Ever.

I leased a 2004 BMW X-5 from the Passport BMW dealership in Marlow Heights Maryland in August of 2004. Since lease inception, my vehicle has been in the shop 15 times (nearly every other month) and it currently needs service again.
Here is a brief summary of some of the problems I have had with the vehicle:

About 6 weeks ago I took my 1997 Honda Civic EX into Midas because the “Check Engine Light” was on and my car had been having a problem picking up after stopping and getting into the correct gear.
Midas told me the transmission sensor needed replaced and the transmission fluid needed flushed. I asked Midas to make the necessary repairs and paid almost $500.00. Purchased a car from drive-time last month. Made first payment on second payment was 10 days late. Tried to make payment and drive-time is refusing payment. Wants car to be returned. 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited
My complaint is that this vehicle, the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, purchased from King Hyundai in Deerfield Beach, FL was designed without a front dome light. Specifically, when you approach your car in a dark parking lot and initiate the keyless remote or if you unlock the car with the key, there is no light in the front part of the car that goes on even when the door opens. As Hyundai puts it, they designed the vehicle without this front dome light.

First of all, service is horrible. Office is a dirty hole in the wall. I had to switch cars 3 times because each car had a different problem(s). Still wasn't satisfied with final car, (smelled like a cat pissed on every square inch of the car) but was tired of being at the office so long on my vacation so bought some febreeze and an air freshener and dealt with it. I went to trophy Nissan to look at a truck that I saw on their website. The truck looked great, but they had no gas in it to really test drive it. I did take it down the road and back. Looked fine and drove fine. The alignment was off a little bit. They said they would fix it along with putting new tires on it because one of them had a big nail sticking out of it. 1) All door handles are stiff and cannot be easily opened
2) Boot stiff difficult to open
3) Oil leak on light wires
4) Panel switches – hazards, demister, etc not working.
5) Radiator fan doesn’t go off when engine is switched off but if you turn the engine on and immediately switch it off the fan switches off.

Neco Engines, Woburn MA. Nation wide company, yet the Woburn store has closed since the work was done. This company was payed in full to put a factory rebuilt motor, in my car. Got a detailed quote for a new Regal boat then ordered the boat from Pier 57. What a mistake to buy from these crooks!! When we drove to pickup the boat, none of the options we had ordered were on the trailer. I guess they were hoping we wouldn't notice. I am a LPG Indane customer with Rohini Teja Gas Agency, Rajahmundry Andhra Pradesh and my consumer Number is 326.
I have booked for a refill on 31.03.2007 . Even though past 2o days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. I reminded the dealer at least 5 times in the past week and each time he promises to send the supply the next day without fulfilling it. This has become a regular practice with this dealer in recent times especially in the festive/ marriage season.

Bajaj Allianz is the worst insurance provider. I have not seen such kind of service anywhere. I invested 30,000/- in one of their insurance policies in December 2006. This is April end and I have still not received my policy papers. The person (agent) who submitted my papers is nowhere present. His cell no (9945328955) is not reachable half of the times. Other times, some one answers the phone and says that person is his cousin and is out of station.

I strongly suggest not doing business with Honda Mission Valley in San Diego, California. They charge labor and parts way too expensive. They quote you on the internet with fairly good pricing but once you are down to the service department to work on your car the charges goes way too high.
After contacting major Honda Dealers in San Diego, I found out that Honda Mission Valley charges outrageous labor hrs and parts. Unfortunately, I should have done my homework first but it's too late.

I purchased two new vehicles from Atlantic Toyota in Amityville New York and both vehicles had major problems. The Camry's motor seized after 59,000 miles. The cost to repair this was $4,800 which I had to pay. The Sequoia had a broken transmission after 1 week due to bad electronic parts. The dealer fixed this but I was without my new vehicle for 28 days. I recommend that buyers stay away from this dealer. read full review »

Dana point, California. I have a red 2001 dodge Dakota. The paint is faded on the top and now starting to fade on the hood and other places. It looks like the problem is with the clear coat. My car met with an accident in which its headlight broke so i took it to the company service centre as it would help me to settle my insurance claim, they repair all the other parts but were unable to get the headlights as they were electronic and were out of stocks after few days i took the delivery of the car but they gave me ordinary headlights and said they had given the order to the company for electronic headlights, after nearly 2 months of pursuance i am unable to get the headlights and my insurance claim is still pending. If you are planning to buy a car in true value please check everything (price, Car condition (mechanic, body rust, Whether it is accident vehicle, Battery is good are make up)... If you are not doing so you will held up paying around 8 ~ 10 K Per month just for maintenance. I fed up with this. I purchased this vehicle with good faith thinking that i would be trouble free because it is brand new. At 1000 km i complained to royce love nissan (rossburgh) durban that my bakkie had a vibration and i was told that it could be the propsahft. At 15000km the bakkie was taken in for a re-ring. Then i had a problem with the brakes ,the rear brake shoes was not fitted properly. At 30000km i complained that my bakkie was taking oil. Having taken my credit card as part of the "Standard Procedure" since I will be driving the vehicle...even though the insurance agency will be taking care of it...they proceeded to take $700 out of an account I told the Branch Manager in Longwood, Florida not to take out.
