On Saturday, May 19.2007, I took my 2000 Eldorado Cadillac to NTB (National Tire and Battery) on Highway 138 in Union City, GA. I needed a rear brake job. The sales consultant, after the technician evaluated my car, told me it would be $169 for the rear brake job (resurface rotors and replace pads) and told me I could get a brake system flush for an additional $60. On November 3, 2005, I went to my regular auto repair shop, OTA in Lanoka Harbor as I had a nail in one of the tires that needed to be repaired. Goodyear Assurance Comfort Tread

I've been a longtime Goodyear customer and went with the Goodyear Assurance tires paying nearly $500 installed. I was impressed with the information and program around the tires. However after only 32,000 miles the tires needed replacement. Of course they pro-rated the new tires but at this rate I'll pay over $250/tire as a lifetime cost to get to the 80,000 stated tire life of the Goodyear Assurance not to mention the time spent waiting for replacements to be mounted + new vales, + shop fees + taxes +++. I purchased a 2006 nissan maxima from Jeff Schmitt Nissan on Alpha Road in Ohio. My husband and I purchased it under the agreement that they would buff it out and change a rim that had been hit. They changed the rim but they did not buff it out because they claimed they had no way of buffing the car inside and it had been raining so we waited for two weeks for the buff to get done. I got the brand new bike in sep-2006, after few days there is started problem in self. After reporting to the dealer, he guided to the nearest service center. Response which we got was the worst from the service center & no one is taking it seriously from the bajaj service center which is located at near rana partap bagh near nanak peau gurdwar (gautam motors). Autopartwarehouse.com is the parent site for nearly 100 hundred different auto parts sites on internet all have different looks and feels but tie in to the same company and ordering system. On 4 of the 6 times I have ordered i have gotten the wrong parts. All parts need an RMA to be returned. Getting an RMA is like pulling your own teeth out. We looked it over and found several small problems with the car of which were some small upholstery problems, and an oil leak. I ordered a pair of projector headlights for my car at speedycarparts.com. They arrived in the wrong color, but I didn't find that out until after they were installed on my car. They shipped me a new pair (which I had to pay for) and told me to ship the other ones back and a refund would be given in 4 weeks. 4 weeks went by and I hadn't received nor had I heard anything. I have this Santro Xing erlx purchased in May, 2006. This is indeed a cool machine specially on city roads and of course on highways, with superb driving comfort. I have purchased Santro Xo on 26th Sep 06 from Lakshmi Hyundai, Visakhapatnam and was offered an Exchange discount of Rs.5000/- (I have sold a Maruti 800 car). After delivery of the car it was told that this money will be reimbursed by Hyundai company in due course. In spite of repeated follow up directly and through phone, we are yet to receive this amount. We were on our way home when a Geico Insured driver went to sleep and rear ended our car. My wife was hurt and lost her job. I lost over $5,000.00 in lost wages. It took 2 years of fighting to get Geico to settle, $960.00 to me and $17,000.00 to my wife. This is before expenses and attorneys. I have to settle now. I am dying from Cancer. I suffered a loss on 5/07/07. I called Infinity Insurance Company on that day and filed a claim. The agent told me that an adjuster will contact me within 48 hours. After Wednesday, 5/09/07 I called back and still no contact. I also called my insurance company, Mercury, and let them know and still no contact from the adjuster. After AIG gives you a good deal and you transfer to them, then they increase your rate and force you to pay the new higher bill. They send a sack on yellow, complicated papers to fill out. Then they say you didn't fill it out right and that's where the increase came from. I said I want the original rate you gave me, they said NO this is your new rate you have to pay. In September 2005 I called Showcars and spoke with the owner Rob Johnson about purchasing a 442 Oldsmobile fiberglass ram air hood for my car.
