I went to the Talwar Hyundai Service center at Tolichowki, Hyderabad on 27th June 2007 to get the wind screen replaced as I met with a minor accident. The service adviser there (Mr Arshad, ph: 9848884235) does not have the common mannerism and respect for customer and behaved as if he was doing a favor to me.

I took it to the auto shop I usually use and he couldn't find anything wrong after running a diagnostic test and apologized that I would have to take it to my dealer (West Broad Volkswagen). He didn't charge me anything. I had purchased a new 2006 Dodge Dakota at Jenkins Chrysler and Dodge in Cumberland, Md. last September. Several months later it developed an abnormal shaking in the vehicle when the brakes were applied. I took the vehicle back to Jenkins and they told me the drums and rotors needed turned and also the pads replaced.

Do not buy a After Market Auto Warranty from Ultimate Warranty Corporation. I purchased a After Market Auto Warranty from Ultimate Warranty Corporation and I have had nothing but problems. Ultimate warranty was supposed to give me an auto warranty with no deductible. This was in my contract, No deductible. They made a mistake on their end as a result they charged me an extra $50 for any claim. I also am very embarrassed to say that I was taken by Legion Global. I purchased 2 atvs from the location in New Lenox in person and have found that by time I make all of the repairs I could have bought 2 Polaris atvs. The 125cc isn't a 125 its a 110cc and is shaking itself apart, I have to tighten bolts all of time. Wow! What a crappy business. The worst customer service ever. After taking $6000 of my money they failed to deliver a Olds 455 engine as promised. Many, many, many phone calls and emails were not delivered. It was not until I threatened to call the State Troopers did the engine get shipped (10 days after they had said it was shipped and a month+ late). When the engine got here it was not complete. Bottom line, the representative told me that I could bay a certain amount, and then pay the other amount 2 weeks after. Then when my payment came I would only pay half for that month. 2006 Corvette Coupe Z51
I purchased a 2006 Z51 corvette in Dec. 2005. When I purchased the car it was for a recreational vehicle. I only drive the car on weekend and on vacations. I have less then 10,000 miles on the car at this time.

Sold heavily by the company, the Smart Shift technology HAS NOT BEEN PERFECTED. I purchased 3 M2's in Feb. 2007 with the technology and all are having problems. What's worse, is that the electronics are so complicated the service techs can't fix them. They try to get instructions from Mercedes (maker of Smart Shift) but it appears the troubleshooting is either unclear or "over their heads". Both dealerships in Orlando and Tampa can't fix the problem.

I went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Warwick Avenue, in Warwick, Rhode Island on 6/13/07 for an oil change. Unfortunately, the employee that performed the oil change did not tighten the oil filter properly. As a result the oil slowly drained from the vehicle resulting in major damage to the engine. I was involved in a car accident on 12-26-06 at the Westfield shopping mall in Arcadia, CA. I was waiting for a parking space. This is a formal complaint against the kind of mental & physical harassments, I received while trying to finance a used car from Kotak mahindra Bank, Delhi. I simply can't understand why the bank is ready to finance easily for a new car, but asks hell lot of docs while going for a true value car. Even, if the bank is a partner of that showroom. I have a 2002 saab 93 hatchback. Two years ago the dashboard display above the cd player was starting to go out. Now it's totally not readable. Also i had to change the electronic sending unit that controls the heat. My saab repair person says i need a new display and it will cost about 400.00 dollars, he also says the electronic should be warrantied or made better. Cole European of Walnut Creek, CA off of N Main St is as crooked as they come. I purchased a Jaguar from another dealer 3 weeks prior and I took it to Cole European to have a base line for future maintenance etc. The car drove like a dream there was absolutely nothing wrong with it I dropped it off with them and go a shuttle to work. The problem was found in its driving wheel , and they added that it causes a lot of serious car crashes .They offer to change the whole system of the driving wheel by paying 400$ .
