I am a State Farm customer who recently had an auto accident with a man insured through First Acceptance Insurance. I was not at fault for the accident. After informing the techs that I needed to have a high grade oil in my car, they told me that they had put it in the car. However, the oil quickly burned up, so I always expected that something was not right with the oil. MA TARINI, HP Gas, not booking gas over phone nor they deliveing gas cylinder to all costomers. Only they delivering cylinders to few areas. Mr Panda who is the manager, not doing anything about this. Only saying that their staff are on leave. And after booking of gas, cylinder to be collect from Beremunda, where road condition is very bad, so transport cost was very heigh.

i just took my car to aamco in salisbury on friday april 4, 2008. after talking with sheila and get a good price to rebuilt my mazda 626 1998 transmission. on monday april 7, 2008 she called me to asked me to go by the office to discusse the transmission problem.

NTB in Duluth, GA inspected brakes & recommended replace pads and clean and adjust back brakes. charged 356.00. They Knowingly are in a Scam operation with Genuine Warranty formerly known as Exotic Warranty.
Ben Evans Alias Ben Nuon of Genuine Warranty was arraigned in Florida for charges Of Criminal Grand Theft.
In general, the state of Florida shut him down once for illegal business practices so why not go to a different state and do it all over.
It appears that this Florida-based Company was selling extended warranties through numerous automobile dealerships across the country as well as directly online illegally since 2003.

2004 Subaru Legacy
Our 2004 subaru legacy has been nothing short of life threatening to drive. purchased by private sale in 06, with a fully transferable warranty, we thought we were getting a deal, and we were. First problem was total loss of throttle control, the car would go nowhere. We had a diagnostic check at the local garage and came up with a code for failed tps. Much of the same problems in my experience with this bogus company. They never mentioned to my dealer when he called that authorization was needed...just that the work was covered...so the dealer proceeded with the repairs. I followed all their pain in the *** requirements for filing for reimbursement. They never bothered to contact me about denying the reimbursement. Pepboys replaced 4 new tires and in the process broke off 2 tire pressure sensor valves. Instead of telling me, they replaced them with regular rubber ones. Obviously the light came on. I took it back and said it must be a computer problem with the truck. I took it to Toyota who diagnosed it in 5 minutes and said they see it all the time with PepBoys ripping off customers. PepBoys had me buy the valves for 130.00, said I'd be reimbursed. A month later, still no money and they say "checks in the mail." Corporate could care less. They're liars and thieves. I am reporting that chrome masters ripped me off for 1041.00 for a pair of rims and tires. It started on Feb 8, 2008 when we called to order the rims chris told us to go to a western union to wire the money to a Mr. Jerardo Maddrigan. We paid 350.00 there at Thirty Liquor so on Feb.28 2008 our rims arrived what we thought were our rim and tires. We had to pay 692.00 when we went to go pick them up from ups. We checked the rims there and discovered they were the wrong rims and no tires.

I purchased a 2004 Land Rover Range Rover from Luxury Motors with the understanding that the radio was not working but there was a bumper to bumper manufacturer's warranty from Land Rover North America and servicing the radio would be covered.
I contacted a representative from Land Rover North America and once they ran the VIN they assured me that there was no warranty on that vehicle and they informed me that there was a Lemon Buy Back. Safeway in Chico
I have been a long time shopper to Safeway stores in Chico, California. I have earned mileage points and gas points. I recently found out ALL my accumulated points of 10 cents a gallon a gas was reduced to 3 cents. This information was NEVER verbally told to me! In a recent call 4-11-08 to manager Frank at the Mangrove Safeway he told me that all checkers were to inform patrons... this NEVER happened! I earned those dollars and I am entitled to the what I earned. Unless you give me reason to ever shop at any Safeway store again I am done... We found a beautiful PT Cruiser and made the mistake of buying it from Randall Noe. All of the new cars on the lot had window tint and a $799 price. As it turns out our car had deep sunscreen window tinting from the factory which was included in the window sticker price. We paid for factory tint AND Randall Noe tint on only 2 windows that did not need tinting they were already factory tinted. I bought a brand new Saturn Vue and the transmission completely failed at 5000 miles and then 4 more times over the course of my ownership. Saturn will not stand by its work. WE ARRIVED AT TAMPA AIRPORT AT 3:15 PM, PICKED UP THE U-SAVE PHONE AT BAGGAGE CLAIM TO CALL FOR THE SHUTTLE TO U-SAVE PARKING LOT. AFTER THREE CALLS AND 50 MIN LATER WE WERE PICKED UP. THEY GAVE US A FAIRLY NEW PONTIAC GRAND PRIX WITH 15, 000 MILES ON IT.

On February28, 2008 I contacted Capitol Auto to replace the broken transmission in my 2005 Chevy Avalanche, I was given the price, and I agreed to it. The transmission was allegedly replaced with a salvaged part - from similar car and only had 19, 000 miles on it. It took them over a week to do it.

I ordered 2 110 cc atv's for my children. Pink camo and yellow camo were the colors I ordered. They asked for alternate colors and I chose yellow and blue. These machines come with matching youth sized helmets. Upon receiving the atv's via Estes truck freight we realized that we had in fact received a blue one and a red one. I picked up the vehicle on 3/7/08 on a rainy day so I was not able to check out the vehicle for any defects. The following day it stopped raining and I was able to inspect the vehicle for any flaws. I purchased the Secutire Tire Pressure Monitoring System from Pepboys earlier in December. It seemed like a great idea, my tires were always losing air and in the meantime it did a great job monitoring the tires!
