I initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 when they operated out of a trailer. Despite their 118 point inspection service advertised on their web site, my vehicles battery wasn't connected and kept stalling. Then the radio went. Please do not patronize Honda of Staten Island, they will rip your off, be nice to you in the beginning, and when you get your first car payment, bam...your screwed.
They are all dishonest crapp. Screwed me out of alot of money selling policies acting like they are free with the vehicle. They literaly robbed me, you have to go back to them to fix anything, and it's like talking to the wall, you get no where, the best defense is to spread the word that they are bad people and are out to get you.

The lease was almost up on my NIssan Maxima. Since I am recently widowed and my finances are enow limited, I planned to lease a cheaper car, the Nissan Rogue, advertised at $199 a month. I ended up paying $5102.85 and $299 a month for 39 months. When I drove the car home that day, I realized that the sticker price was not on the car and the contract was not among the papers. TO & MO TOWING
This company has several wrongful practices when towing vehicles. After their already inflated towing fee, they tack on and extra $50 for labor, $60 for a "gate fee" (after only an hour of holding), and another $50 for a "storage fee". I ordered parts from office yoshimi. At first Mr Yoshimi Yamada was very quick to reply to emails, he even sent me diagrams to confirm the car part I wanted. I transferred money into his account after we agreed and he sent me a quotation. From that time, which is now 10 days ago, Mr. Yoshimi has not acknowledged receipt of my email nor has he responded to any emails. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS deluxe! They won't tell you what the interest rate on your loan will be until you give them all of your money. Also, they tack on TONS of hidden fees, such as insurance and inspection fees that somehow add thousands to the original price of your car. Furthermore, they are extremely unorganized and have no problems keeping you waiting.

My wife and I hired a car from Goldcar for 3 days from Malaga airport.
On day 2 the car broke down and I called their helpline. This was a recorded message and asked me to leave my number and they would return my call. I received no call that evening so the next morning I called them and managed to speak to someone.

My Car is currently being held hostage at the South Canadian Tire in Lethbridge, AB. I took it in to get a new tire, I should have just brought the rim I guess. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry with ~ 20 K miles on it. I noticed an unusual sound coming from the AC fan in October 2008. I brought the car in several times to have it examined and was always told they were not able to reproduce the sound. Latin Limousine had confirmed the use of their 14 passenger Lincoln Navigator limousine for use on Saturday May 30th for a senior prom outing. Hugo confirmed this with written e mail from the company. On May 27th the company (Hugo) called and said the use of the Limo was no longer available because they could not find a driver. It is up to the company to follow through with their commiment but they refuse. It is a hardship to find another limo at this late date. I bought a car and a friend recommended I take it to Hi-tech auto for a 101 point inspection, and a tune-up. A week later I sent it to them again with vibration and clanking sound between gears. I was the one who pointed out the u-joint. They said it would also need a hanger bearing.

Yesterday I had a flat tire and I ask the 411 service to gave me a car service number. They gave me a 1866-2983719 and I called. They show up pretty fast, but the guy that came had no knowledge about the car. He spend two hours trying to figure out how to get the spare out (because was under the car) and he didnt bring the correct tools.
He went back to his business to get more tools and still brought the incorrect ones.

I took my truck to Annaville Transmission. The manager of the store, Steve Faucett, said he would look at the truck. Mr. Faucett called me and said nothing was wrong. I asked him if he checked the transmission fluid and he said yes.

Apparently BMW paint is more expensive than gold! The 'damage' in the picture cost over £200 to repair. Not only that but when queried this was the Insurance Price and as I chose not to pay by insurance but to pay myself they would have done it cheaper if they had known it was being paid personally but as they had raised the paperwork now it was tough. Pacific Motor Service
My car was making a strange noise so I took it to Pacific Motor Service in Monterey.
The owner, Kevin, told me it was a serious engine problem and would cost $3200 to repair. I told him I wanted to take it elsewhere for a second opinion. He told me it was a safety issue and refused to let me have the car back. I threatened to call the police and finally he handed me the keys.
I took it to another mechanic who fixed the problem for $215. The second mechanic also told me it was not an engine problem OR a safety issue at all.

Feldmans Import Auto
I bought a warranty on the used car I purchased from Feldman's. They told me that it could be canceled at any time...within 30 days would get me a full refund...after 30 days wuld get me a pro-rated refund. I was due over $1, eaf6a400.00, and instead of returning the money to me, they added it as credit on my car. This was not where the money came from...nor is it where I asked it to be credited. In these tough times, I needed the money really bad. I called and complained, but of course there is no returned call. I will never again buy a vehicle from them. My wife took her 2000 Mercury Villager Sport to have the front end aligned and have the thermostat changed and have the sensor and cooling fan checked. She was given an estimate of approximately 3 hours to be repaired. After about 2.5 hrs my called to see how things were going and thats when Sandy told her that there was a problem and the mechanic came on the phone line and told that he had an issue with the van. EGR window vent shades
I purchased a set of vent visors for my 4 door truck. They fit poorly and interfered with the door weatherstrip and glass. I returned them immediately and am still waiting for almost 2 months for a refund to be issued. Numerous phone calls have led nowhere. The answer is always the same. We are waiting for the vendor to issue us a credits, and we will then refund your purchase price. Terrible customer service from a company that trumpets ''Customer satisfaction is out priority''.

Series of bad encounters with Honda USJ:-
1. When I purchased a Honda CRV in 2008, the sales person recommended that I purchase the add-ons from external suppliers via her because Honda is selling at a much more expensive prices. She did this in the Honda showroom itself. How unprofessional.
