Towing Company
Jimbo Truth April 9, 2009
Excalibur Towing tows your car illegally without authorization. The company towed my vehicle today. They do not allow you to get your vehicle back until you pay them 251.30 cash. I will be contacting the Texas Department Of Licensing And Regulation to file a complaint. The "Towing Ticket" I received did not contain any official authorization. This company is going to be stopped. read full review »

Warranty Solutions
Lana Griffin April 9, 2009
These people call on home and cell phones. I don't know how they get cell phone numbers because no one has mine other than close family and now Warranty Solutions has it somehow. They call with a recorded message that says this is the final notice concerning your auto extended warranty. I have received in the last two months about 60 final notices by phone. It has cost me about $30 in cell phone charges for them to call me. They say press 1 to speak to an attendant and 2 to be removed from the calling list. Of course you will not be... read full review »

Jack April 9, 2009
Whatever you do, don't use Hitman Motorsports. I was ripped off at Hitman Motorsports and you will be too. They proceed with unauthorized work and jack up the price then hold your bike until you pay. I talked to others who have had the same experience. That place is a rip-off. read full review »

Carmax Plano
Lee Warren April 9, 2009
I almost got ripped off by Carmax of Plano. They offered me 6500 for my 2005 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner SR5. Told me that they could only get that if they bought or sold it. Well I found on the Carmax site a 2005 strip model PreRunner for 12, 998. I complained to the corporate office in Virgina, and when I went back to the site the car had been removed? Well I kept a copy of the site knowing they may do that. I wouldn't buy a thing from these people. It looks like they are corrupt all the way to the top. 4 Car Option
Robert April 9, 2009
I purchased a HID headlight kit from this company on eBay. The kit was $239.95 plus $40 for shipping. I chose this company because of the price, and the fact that they offered a One Year Warranty on the item. They recommended professional installation, which I did. It cost me $125 to have the lights installed. After less than two months, the lights started malfunctioning. They wouldn't go on properly unless you flicked them on and off many times. I brought my vehicle back to where I had them installed, this cost me another $60... read full review »

I took my car in for a oil change. First they tried to install t he wrong oil filter, then argued when I called them on it. Made me wait 45 minutes while the right one was delivered. Didnt check any other fluid levels and didn't lube it. When I called them on it they tried to convince me I was mistaken until another employee admitted he forgot. VERY DISHONEST and DISREPUTABLE LOCATION. B e very careful . extended warranty joke April 8, 2009
When I bought my car I put an extended warranty on it because of the miles I drive every year. I'm within 200 miles of my warranty expiring and I took the car in for service because the a/c doesnt work. At first the dealership was going to take care of the a/c until they found out what I had for miles. Then they told me they had to have an inspector inspect the a/c and then he would determine if it would be covered. After the inspection we were told that it wasnt covered because a rock hit the compressor. This is just an excuss to get out... read full review »

Auto Owner's Insurance Company
micahnay April 8, 2009
I had an insurance policy through Auto Owner's Insurance Company. They robbed me on two different occasions! The first time, I was involved in an accident, I had my SUV in four wheel drive when it happened and because of the abrupt stop, the teeth on the gear in my rear differential were sheered off at the base. I had a notarized and signed statement from three auto repair shops stating that this could have only happened from an auto accident because the insurance company decided it didn’t want to pay the $1000 repair which... read full review »

This all started March 4th with a phone call to a Jacob Kostrzewa in the sales department. Seemed to be a good guy and tried to help me get a wire harness for a cp3 pump that had gone bad. Since mine was one of the first ones they sent out it had 3 wire's instead of two. After many attempts to explain this i could tell he just didn't understand. Europcar France
Renata April 8, 2009
Rented the car in France last summer from Europcar in Avignon TGV station. Returned it 3 weeks later in Rennes and a few weeks later got a bill in the mail which was 300 euro higher than anticipated. Asked them why (the bill didn't specify the reason, just had a letter 'A' as the item name, nice sense of humor) they told me that I returned the car damaged. Needless to say that I returned the car in a perfect shape, I have a witness and they even didn't bother to inspect it upon return. Now I know why. Stay away from thi... read full review »

Ford Focus

Hi, my name is Vivette Hall. We have a 2003 Ford Focus that has been nothing but trouble since we purchased it a few years ago. We have owned many automobiles during our lifetime but have never had brake problems so constantly. We have brakes put on every year. We need brakes again, less than a year since we had the last repair. Will you authorize one of your Rockford dealers to repair this car at your expense? Please respond immediately. I need my transportation but can't afford the repair again. Mechanics often tell us that Ford Focus are known for having defective brakes. Please help me. Thanks Vivette Hall read full review »

Randall Noe Dealership - Terrill, TX
Nathan Anderson April 7, 2009
Randall Noe used a $500 "Gas Voucher" to close a deal for a vehicle I bought. They could only supply me one set of keys for the car and I knew it would cost me about that much to get a second set. The Free Gas Redemption company in Florida required $100 purchase of gas each month in order to get a $25 gas card each month. It would take 20 months and $2000 in gas to get my free $500 in gas. I faithfully mailed in recepts for 5 months and got nothing back except my last two mailings indicating they were no longer deliverable. I got ripped off by Free Gas Redemption and Randall Noe. Shame on both of them! read full review »

When the shine wore off my tires, I noticed all of them appeared to be dry rotted based on the cracks on the rim beneath the tread. I opted to buy the car because it was certified pre-owned (CPO), as stated on the window sticker. If I had to buy used, I wanted the security of a pre-owned vehicle. When I contacted Mazda USA, the Customer Assistance staff informed me there was no record indicating the vehicle was CPO. I was advised to contact the dealer to straighten it out. The dealer was the CPO designate not Mazda. I spoke a... read full review »

Transmission started at $1397 for my Jeep Liberty and ended up $2592. The transmission co, an AAMCO did a fine job on the work, and told me if I had come in off the street the trans. would have been around $1800 to $2000 with a 12 month/12, 000 mile warranty. Now for the part that I am REALLY upset about: The warranty. Went from a misleading Lifetime/Unlimited mileage over the phone, to a Lifetime/Unlimited mileage (whichever comes first) Limited Pro-Rated warranty.
