NLS Financial
I was granted a loan approval, then I was told I was appoved for a pick-your-pay loan, and then asked to drive 2 hours to a location (KIA DEALERSHIP), where I was basically introduced to a ton of stipulations regarding my loan that I was not presented with during previous conversations with the loan officer. Nonetheless I was not able to puchase a vehicle due to the fact that I was asked to put down money and not able to choose the vehicle of my choice. After a day had passed and my fustration settled I called NLS Financial, where no one would answer my calls and blatantly had no regard for me anymore. HOW RUDE!!! Welcome to my Hertz nightmare!
Presented my E-confirmation ' Guaranteed Rate' from Hertz upon check in for an automatic Compact vehicle. Quoted rate was $15.00 USD plus taxes, fees etc totaled ' Guaranteed Rate' of $20.46 USD, unlimited Kms, plus selected Loss Damage Waiver at $38.95 plus 10% tax= total of $63.30 USD.

We purchased Huyndai Tiburon which suppost to have 100, 000 miles warranty. At 60, 150 miles the sun roof cardboard cover stocked in the railings.
All dealers refused the repair. The head quarters of the manufacturer in the USA and Korea didn't answered for our many e-mails.
Also they advertise that 4 cylinder Huyndai/KIA Optima makes 31 miles per gallon on hwy. We have one Optima and asked many other owners about it. The car makes 20 m/p/g in city and 26 m/p/g/ on hwy. My 6 cylinder Chevy Impala makes 24 m/p/g in city and 30-31 m/p/g on Hwy! read full review »

Had my car towed and they said they did body work. Almost $4, 000 later I still had serious problems. Went to my dealership and had to spend thousands on what they screwed up, lied about, didn't do, and didn't tell us about, which was obvious they knew about. Stay away at all costs. Sent following note to owner of Ohare Honda. Only offered to try to remove overspay from roof. Ignored all of the rest of the issues and never were able to remove the paint (even after several tries) from my roof. Beware of Frank Lorek - he is a dishonest person and a liability to the dealership.

Have made one payment of $119.01, making payment of $200.00 0n 4/10 & will make final payment with next statement. The finance charge should be credited to my account. I took my Van to Tilden to fix a severe front end noise. After explaining the problem to me, I reluctantly agreed to pay approximately $700 to have it fixed. I explained that this would be a stretch for me but Mike, the owner, guaranteed me that the noise would be fixed and all front end problems would be taken care. Mile One Heritage Auto Mall Bel Air
Car was towed in for repair, recieved damage on lot. The vehicle was accepted without looking the car over before typing up the order, he admitted on his own accord. Service manager said they were not liable because it is a public lot. Had to call 3 times to get them to check security cameras and call me back. Called the owner of Mile One and he said this is unfortanate and offered to split the repair with me. Knowing they probably double the price of repairs to the customer the only thing he offered was to not make a profit on damage they possibly caused. I have been unemployed for 13 months now, and got behind 2 car payments, the collection people I have worked with have been somewhat agreeable that although I was behind I managed one payment per month. Their first tiered collection group have not but called me many times a day stating that they will continue until I was caught up. My agreement with the main collection people did not matter. Losing my job and trying to keep my car, has amounted no more than harrassement, something that sent me into treatment for severe depression. Just like the above complains, Rhino Engines and Transmissions are a fraud. I waited 6 weeks for an engine to be delivered and it NEVER CAME. I kept calling but nobody would answer. This dealership tries to have you overpay by not giving you all the information on possible rebates and incentives. I had to remind the sales person the sales Manager that they had forgotten to apply the applicable rebates/incentives. I went to pump gas on an Arco gas station on Avalon and 213th St, in the city of Carson, paid on the automatic payment machine outside $30 in total. Apparently only $10 went through according to the cashier but it shows $20 for change but he wouldnt give me my change or let me pump $20 of gas. He told me to leave my number and IF they went OVER when they open the machines( which is two days later), they might give me a call. Took my vehicle in for services at the Bryant Exxon Mobile in Bryant Arkansas on the I-30 Service Road. Pat is the Mechanic. I told him I wanted to have Brakes on the front but not to put some cheap run of the mill brakes on there. He said okay. Rotors if needed, which he called and said I did, so I okayed. I also told him I wanted my transmission fluid drained and replaced, my radiator flushed and my air serviced.
