On 10/30/08 I purchased a brand new Die Hard Battery for my car. Sku #72111277271. After putting it into my car, the car still did not start. I took my 2008 Ford F-250 Crew Cab, Super Duty 6.4L diesel, 53, 000.00 truck into this dealership for repairs. The radiator developed a leak at 25, 000 miles and needed to be replaced. When I picked up the truck from the dealer, I noticed that there was a couple of dents in the rear bumper. Once before they had punctured a hole in the leather seat. We last spoke to PRT's accounting department on 8/29/2008 and was informed our refund check of $350 for the core charge return would be mailed out at the end of the month. UACC is charging excessive interest rates to people. I bought my car from what turned out to be a shady car dealership. Little behold they were working with shady laon companies too... They sent me the paper on my loan about two weeks after the purchase and the interest rate was a whopping 21%. Advertised diesel price for cash/debit card to be .10/gallon lower. In actuallity, when using my debit card at the pump, I was charged credit price. After filling my fuel tank, I checked the price charged and noticed the discepancy. I went inside the shop and asked for a correction of the amount charged and the clerc told me that the cash /debit price was only valid if I came into the store first, and offered my debit card there. I took my truck to have 2 front tires put on, that was on friday. I was driving home from work monday night and my right front tire just flew off. I called economy tire and explained the situation and they refused to make it right and claimed they did nothing wrong. I got a hold of the manuals and they recommend 40lbs of pressure for the lug buts. He used an impact gun which applies 200lbs of pressure. I had the same problem as the other guys. He showed me a car via email and I checked the carfax. He had me look at a car but had other VIN # on it. I gave the deposit, then went home and saw it had a different VIN. The carfax on that car he tried to sell me was in an accident. He won't give the deposit back.
