Would like to file a complaint for poor service against the 390 Eola location. Two weeks ago I went to thier location to have my oil changed and my driver side rear tire checked becuase it kept leaking air. I opted to have the 76000 check becuase I was advised to be rotating my tires every 76000 miles was also told I needed a new engine belt both of which I purchased. THis in essence I believe to be a good practive however I find it absurd to rotate a newly patched tire to the front driver side when I have three other tires that were purchased... read full review »

United First Financial probably provides a fine product and service. But it does need to improve on the qualifications and credentials of it's agents. BBT has been grossly insensitive to the needs of the customers. I have been asking BBT to reduce the 2 digit interest rate on my mortgage for almost 15 months. No one will listen to me. I kept on paying because I want to protect my credit. Everyday w send documents and samples to our customers through BLUE DART COURIER. However, courier dockets i.e., receipts are not given to us on the same day. Receipts are given next day evening. Back in 2005 my wife and I filed Bankruptcy. All of our unsecured debts were included but NSCB sold my account to Pinnicale Credit Services after they recieved info about our bankruptcy. We are nearly out of the bankruptcy and have asked our trustee for permission to refi our house, which was granted. However Pinnicale reports we have defaulted on a loan. i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you. read full review »

I signed up online for free credit report.com and I couldn't figure out how to get my free credit report. I cancelled within the specified time by calling. They took out a $2.00 fee and a $1.00 fee. I was charged 44.95 in October and November of this year, after cancelling my Realty Trac account, they gave my Credit card Information to a 3rd party Real Estate Promoters without my consent or authorization. I prompty closed my account and disputed the charges. When I called Realty Trac they had the number and a whole spiel lined up for Real Estate Promoters. It was extremely disheartening. Tried to get "free credit report" instead was billed not just the $1, but was signed up to a membership to the tune of $29.95 a month. In one day I was charged charged two times $1, then was charged $2 for something called twenty four protection and was also charged two times $29.95 "monthly fee" ! I have been in the timeshare business in Hawaii for 15 years. This company, Pacific Dreams in Maui, gives all timeshare a very bad name. It is a 100% scam. This credit card company offers cards to people with bad credit. They charge high fees, but many people, like myself, need to re-establish good credit and this is the only way to do so. However, the Ultra VX card is a complete scam. They actually reported 60-day delinquencies to Equifax and other credit agencies, even though I was never late and religiously made payments early and on time. Bank of America they are thieves, I signed up for the text message feature for account balance, I had available money in my checking account, all of the sudden I am overdrawn.
