I lived in those apartment for over a year. When I moved in, I paid $650 deposit plus $200 cleaning fee. When I moved out, they charged me the cleaning fee again and told me that I have to pay extra $150 for damage plus they will keep my deposit. I wanted to have my son represented by a modeling agency. During the initial meeting with Industry Models, I was told that I had a choice of 4 or 5 packages ranging from $550 to $1300, depending on how many professional shots I wanted my sons profile to have. ILD Teleservices, Inc. added charges $31.99 to my AT&T phone bill last month. I called AT&T and was asked to call ILD direct. After called ILD (800-433-4518), the lady agreed to remove the service and so as the charges and also asked my e-mail to send the cancel confirmation. I never received the cancel confirmation e-mail. My husband defaulted on his student loan before we were married. When we got married we called them to set up a payment plan to get back into good standing. They originally wanted 1500.00 down and 200 a month. We talked them down to 500.00 down and 200 a month. After having submitted several foreclosure cases to uslm & paying their fees, we were alerted to new " policies" today. The policy is anything over 60days old requires either you the agent ot take the file over and work it yourself or pay " $250" additional fees to have them continue to wrok the case. However, this only applies to bulk submission, not a case by case submission which is the way we submit anyway- case by case! This is unfair and unjust! Golden Image Realty, was a great pleasure to work with. I think they were very professional and handled everything with my house as if they were selling their own house. I'm glad I chose a smaller office to work with where I'm not just a number or another person to them. They kept me updated with everything that was going on and had great knowledge about today's market. They also helped me buy a home in Wayne. I didnt think I would have sold my house so quickly and get into a new house so quickly. I had this man help me about 13 years ago. He is no more than a preditory lender who takes advatage of the people he acts as if he is going to help. It was not 500.00 for me it was a house that I completely rebuilt and once I invited him to see what I done to it he came after me as fast as he could to make sure it became his again. I have had a General Motors Mastercard for about 20 years. My interest rates have been average, and I have never defaulted on the card. Indeed I usually pay MORE than the minimum balance, paying in full when I can. Two months ago the company unilaterally cut my credit line in half. I didn't complain. However, this month the company increased the interest rate on the card to 30.99 percent! This is outrageous!
