They are a Loan Modification Company in California offering assistance in 50 states and apparently the business is handled by attorneys for a Flat fee with a money back guarantee. I initially called Dish Network on 4/23/2009 to establish service. The sales rep explained that I would be charged an installation fee of 59.95 today once we finalize the order. I was charged on my d ebit card for a free bottle of one of their products. The rep said it was a 14 day trial and billed me $87.13 for the bottle. I didn't even get the bottle until a week after I agree to try the free bottle. I only was to pay for shipping and handling. After checking my Visa transactions, I found out I had a charge of almost 40$ of a company I never heard of... Found out, after calling, that Classmates.com gives your credit card information to them and they charge you without your consent. I did not get "Andy" (see other complaint) but "Regis" and he confirmed that they would credit my account, no fuss. Thanks to all those who makes this site possible. Dec. 16, 2008, We purchased a refridgeator from the local Sears store, with the $75 delivery charge to be refunded in 6-8 weeks. None received. On April 18th Saturday i encountered a very bad experience @ this bank! and i called Wachovia and I made a complaint and have heard nothing from them! I deposited 2 MoneyGrams and they put a hold on them. 7 days later, they said that the moneygram does not have funds available! Then they said that the MoneyGrams went to the states. Pipex claims that I owe them £33-56 rental plus admin charges which I have demonstrated to them that I do not. I have also offered to pay their claim if they can demonstrate that I do owe them money. They have made no effort to do this. You can speak to the customer services who say that they understand and will write to their financial dept to clear up the matter I.E. I had a past due bill with a phone utility company, and they called a third party a friend of mine to talk to me to get me to pay the bill. This debt collection agency needs to be reported and have their license to run a business removed. They do NOT follow government law. I only lived there for one year and I will never live in any Jordan Properties again. I reported maintenance problems a few weeks after moving in and these problems have yet to be tended to. My son has insurance through this agency and they have changed the premium several times due "additional findings in driving report" They wrongfully withdraw money from his account causing several overdrafts and canceled his policy without notice. We received a call that the policy was canceled and his own agent didn't know about the cancellation.
